Called and placed my order directly at the store because the Ai system gets it wrong everytime so i spoke to a very pleasant gentleman. Manager, name was William i ordered a works and a hot honey pizza and chicken bacon sub. I think this is the best service I've had ordering from this location my order was done in the estimated time he gave and the food was exactly correct down to the last request. Thank you William I will be ordering again on a weekly basis. As I'm reading through some of these comments I can not say I agree with anyone because I've never had a bad experience in the past year. My foods always hot made correctly and taist so good me and my family keep coming back.

Third time ordering from Northland Plaza store and delivery never arrived. Store does not answer calls and hangs up on me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE, unless you like throwing $30+ in the garbage.

I haven't eaten this pizza in over a year because my family dont like it so today I ordered Hawaiian pizza personal one now I know why my family dont like it anymore I dont know what happened to this company I want my money back I had two peace and I got stomach ache.

Not sure how a couple more minutes equates to 27 more minutes on a wait but hey.. I got my pizza and it was awful! Not fresh ingredients and just overall bad service.. would go out of my way for a different donatos.

On my last visit 11/1/24 at 5:00 PM I arrived on time at the drive up window and waited 10 minutes for someone to come greet me. She disappeared for a few more minutes and then handed me my pizza. When I got home, I tried the pizza and it had obviously had perfume sprayed directly onto it.
I will drive an extra 10 minutes to get pizza from the better Donatos in Westerville in the future. The Northland Plaza location is just terrible.

Hands down worst pizza shop ever. Destroyed my order AGAIN. & Will not answer phone when I called back 9 times to try and get the correct order. Who ever runs this store should be fired! Just look at other reviews.

Over-topped, undercooked. Opened the box, took one disgusted look and decided I would rather eat box Mac and cheese, so I did.
No wonder these guys are throwing coupons around. Not worth it even at 40% off is my advice.

Worst experience ever, will never order again ! No customer service what so ever ,scammers when you place your order online (Donatos website) they use doordash and the order takes 2 hours to deliver and comes so cold ,you call the store to get refund or some sort of compensation , they tell you it's Doordash,we can't refund or do any adjustments !! How its doordash and my bank statement showes Donatos ???and I ordered on your Donatoes site not Doordash , Do you think people are stupid that much ?? Its big Scam ,very bad customer service ,they dont care about you as customer, I will never order again Donatos !!

Ordered pizza straight from the donatos website for delivery. Was never told it would be delivered by DoorDash. So I wasted $30 on cold food and now you can’t even call the store to get anyone to answer. I also ordered extra sour cream and received no sour cream. So no resolution unless I want to drive there and take it back. Terrible service.

The food was poorly thrown together, the meat was almost on the sub buns, I order the pizzas well done and they were barely cooked, I did not receive the extra four marinara sauces that I paid for ($3.96). The delivery was very early, I ordered it 12:12 p.m. and it was delivered at 12:37 p.m. no wonder things were not correct. Though I did appreciate the speedy delivery, it was just very disappointing that no one took pride in their work. The driver was wonderful. Even though he couldn't speak English he was at least trying to get things right.
