I love the way that William helps us he makes us want to come back!!!!! every time we order. We feel welcomed and are greeted properly ,and with a smile! He is Such a polite respectful young man. On top of being a cutie always keeping things very professional. Always offering plates and napkins We order multiple times a month for Saturday nights and not once have we had 1 single issue our food is always made to profection its ready at the pickup time we are given and its always hot. We will continue our business with this location because of the person making the food actually makes sure its done correctly....We only order when he is on shift due to past experiences With the lady that left us sitting at the window for 20 minutes before even acknowledging us Something about the bell not ringing but not even an apology from her then when she took my order she rung me up for things I didn't even order and the wrong pizza thank God while we were sitting there the Manager Will pulled up. He assisted us the rest of the way and corrected everything. We litterallly sat there for 30 minutes waiting for our food after we ordered before he arrived. He handled everything in less then 15 and that was remaking the correct items, As well as helping his team and fixing other mistakes from what we could see.. your location needs more people like him!!! I'm not sure that lady's name but she needs some serious training and needs to learn some social skills...

My pizza i got tonight was burnt. There was hardly any sauce on it and it tasted horrible. Very very disappointed and I will be driving to my other pizza place to get pizza from now on. Donatos has really gone down the tube lately with their pizzas. Which is sad cause we used to get it all the time ever since my dad worked for them many years ago.

Unfortunately the driver from doordash that delivered our food delivered the wrong food but we called and Christiana was extremely sweet and helpful and remade our order and I went to pick it up and she and Will both handled everything so amazing. Even with the mishap, it wasn't their fault and they took care of everything. I really appreciate them!

The absolutel worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Donatos. This location is not interested in quality, great service, or the condition of the food on arrival. There are a ton of other pizza spots that deliver on quality and customer service, please spend your money there. If you are an absolute Donatos fan like I used to be visit a location that remembers the importance of delivering a good customer experience every time. Again, horrible location. Choose a spot that values its customers in this tough economic climate.

Done with this location. A few weeks ago, I sat in the drive-through line for over 30 minutes plus I was 30 minutes late to get my pizza, but we did not move and there was a car in front of me that was waiting very long as well so a total an hour to pick up a 10 inch pizza is absurd. There was no sorry for the wait. Today I go pick up a pizza and the young girl was sticking her head out the drive-through window on her phone laughing and giggling she ignored me. She seen me and ignored me. I said hello and greeted her. She said hello back. I told her I have a pick up. She went to go grab it. Someone else came in the front door after she took care of them extremely nice (meanwhile still IGNORING ME) And my pizza box she sat down was open while she’s sitting there speaking to the person that came in after me she kept talking he was telling her that she was beautiful. Then starts talking to whoever was on her phone. She still kept ignoring me didn’t take my money or even try to finish the transaction. I just pulled off. I definitely believe that this was a race situation.

Order food online called in to ensure I get xtra lettuce n onions sometimes they overlook the onions and don’t put it on call in William was rude and nasty so I came n ask was he having a bad day he stated he did earlier black girl wearing a scarf on her hair making subs w:o gloves nasty hoodie stinky looking leggings and wearing crocs with dingy socks On which is unacceptable when working with food so going to gahanna location they going take care of me be going there forever but since my job transferred I try give this location a try
Called and placed my order directly at the store because the Ai system gets it wrong everytime so i spoke to a very pleasant gentleman. Manager, name was William i ordered a works and a hot honey pizza and chicken bacon sub. I think this is the best service I've had ordering from this location my order was done in the estimated time he gave and the food was exactly correct down to the last request. Thank you William I will be ordering again on a weekly basis. As I'm reading through some of these comments I can not say I agree with anyone because I've never had a bad experience in the past year. My foods always hot made correctly and taist so good me and my family keep coming back.
