Hands down worst pizza shop ever. Destroyed my order AGAIN. & Will not answer phone when I called back 9 times to try and get the correct order. Who ever runs this store should be fired! Just look at other reviews.

Over-topped, undercooked. Opened the box, took one disgusted look and decided I would rather eat box Mac and cheese, so I did.
No wonder these guys are throwing coupons around. Not worth it even at 40% off is my advice.

No customer service what so ever ,scammers when you place your order online (Donatos website) they use doordash and the order takes 2 hours to deliver and comes so cold ,you call the store to get refund or some sort of compensation , they tell you it's Doordash,we can't refund or do any adjustments !! How its doordash and my bank statement showes Donatos ???and I ordered on your Donatoes site not Doordash , Do you think people are stupid that much ?? Its big Scam ,very bad customer service ,they dont care about you as customer, I will never order again Donatos !!

Ordered pizza straight from the donatos website for delivery. Was never told it would be delivered by DoorDash. So I wasted $30 on cold food and now you can’t even call the store to get anyone to answer. I also ordered extra sour cream and received no sour cream. So no resolution unless I want to drive there and take it back. Terrible service.

The food was poorly thrown together, the meat was almost on the sub buns, I order the pizzas well done and they were barely cooked, I did not receive the extra four marinara sauces that I paid for ($3.96). The delivery was very early, I ordered it 12:12 p.m. and it was delivered at 12:37 p.m. no wonder things were not correct. Though I did appreciate the speedy delivery, it was just very disappointing that no one took pride in their work. The driver was wonderful. Even though he couldn't speak English he was at least trying to get things right.

Small little satellite restaurant. Pick up only no chairs or tables. Plenty of room for a big truck to park. Girl working there(w when i was there) was very nice and friendly. Although they just opened, which by the way is 1130.. food is what it is. Donatos is good but cheap quality but better than any other fast food pizza joints. If u love on Ohio you know the deal. If your out of town the restaurant is famous for there edge to edge pepperoni. The big Don sandwich is good, the founders favorite is pretty decent too. Never had stuff crust. Try it. U will like it.

Ordered 2 big don subs with extra peppers and got virtually no peppers, virtually no lettuce, a pinch of ham and virtually no dressing. Genuinely poor experience from this location and will not be ordering from here again.

Order the Mariachi beef pizza tonight, the driver,used my pizza box as an umbrella ,while walking to the door,threw it on the step in front of my door and left, pizza and box were totally soaking wet and cold from the rain and there was no sour cream for the pizza. This is ridiculous for a $28 pizza, It was not edible, and went in the trash

Waited in the drive thru line for 20 mins,only to receive my order made incorrectly. The cashier also has his pants sagging so bad that his rear and and private parts were near inches away from the food. It was so bad, that he might as well have just been working in his underwear. His pants were around his thighs. That's extremely unsanitary and unprofessional. Bad service, makes the order wrong, full of teenagers that don't know what they're doing, and don't care to do better. Save yourself the headache and go to the one up the road on Tamarack Circle.
