They can't have pizza on time, order is incomplete, never coming back when there are better restaurants around with better food and service. These guys want tip and round-up for online orders, shame on these beggars as they're loosing orders.

We placed an order for pizza delivery and waited over an hour without receiving it. During that time, we called the Easton location multiple times and were hung up on three separate occasions. Out of frustration, we finally drove to the store ourselves, only to be told there was no delivery driver available. At no point were we contacted or informed of this, which is completely unacceptable. The pizza we picked up was cold and dry after sitting out for so long. This experience was incredibly disappointing, and based on how it was handled, we won’t be ordering from this location again.

I received a delivery and didn’t get all my food. This happens A LOT! I called over 15 times I get a customer service rep that transfers me to the store and no one answers or it gets picked up and hung up. This is the worst Donatos location. They don’t care. They never should have closed the Morse road location.

I didn’t receive my complete order and when I tried to call the store, no one answered. I kept getting transferred to the DoorDash call center because that’s who they have deliver now. They were no help of course… absolutely useless. I will never order anything again. Still waiting on my refund from the item I didn’t receive. Ordered on- line.

My sub were dry they didn't have no Italian dressing on them at all don't go in the evening me and my mom went at 11am it was so good I don't know what happened today on 3/5/2025

I had an awful experience at Donate’s Pizza Shop. As a delivery driver picking up an order for a paying customer, I asked to use the restroom, only to be rudely denied because it was “for customers only.” When I explained that I was there for a pickup, they still refused and treated me with clear disrespect. But what happened next was even worse—they actually took back the customer’s order that had already been handed to me and said, “You’re not a customer anymore.” Their behavior was not just unprofessional but outright discriminatory and judgmental. No one deserves to be treated this way, especially those working hard to serve their customers. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else support a business that treats people this way.

God is Good

6:50 p.m., and the dining room was already closed. Store hours were posted online, as well as on the door, saying open until midnight. Nope!

Accurate hours should be posted online to prevent customers from making a wasted trip.
