Near Totally Failure. Ordered online. Never received a confirmation email. Called 8 times. Got redirected or hung up on each time. 3 of us were trying. After finally giving up the food arrived an hour late. It was a $250 order for a business event. The food tasted fine. But the complete and total lack of any communication of any kind made the experience horrible. And now my email is being spammed by their ads. Needless to say I would not recommend.

First and last time ordering from the Morse Crossing location. Order was cancelled after the Door dash driver picked it up. The store picked up the phone and hung up twice. The Door dash driver wouldn't respond either. What terrible service!!

The delivery guy had to come inside and tell them they had a customer at the desk. There was one lady sitting chatting on her phone and a few teenagers that probably needed it proper leadership my friend who is picking the food up at lots to say so I’ll probably edit this but you would think we’re In Easton I live you know close enough to do pick up and I’m just so disappointed and yet another establishment in Easton town center orthat is just not up to par. I gave it a three simply because the young adults were working hard, considering it was a Friday and busy.

Ordered two pizzas but were wrong toppings(missing one or more toppings per each pizza ) when I tried to call they answered put me on hold then hung up twice.

I ordered a personal pepperoni and cheese. The pepperonis were underneath the cheese. My order was messed up Twice! I ended up throwing it in the trash!

I came into this store on a busy Friday night I understand being busy, however my order was wrong and after I pulled over and walked inside I stood there for 15 mins until finally being greeted. They are remaking some of my food and the manager miles made everything right when I asked for a partial refund and he just gave me the whole thing for the inconvenience. I’m happy there are still people that understand mistakes can be made and know how to make it right. After two wrong orders in one week my business was saved by miles. Thank you miles.

Ordered a pizza wings and a 2 liter on 2/3/24 at 10:17pm delivery food got to my apartment at 11:43pm and it was cold and hard. I called the store about 45 minutes later and they sent a text saying door dash will deliver your order if i knew that I wouldn’t of paid extra for delivery and tip
Pizza delivery arrived and one pizza was wrong. Called to try and get it corrected and the manager line just rings and rings and eventually says they cannot connect you. If you choose the ‘order’ option they say a manager has to deal with discrepancies and forward you to the same manager line that no one ever answers. So unfortunately now I’m stuck with a fairly pricey incorrect pizza.

Sub was not very good. Ordered it well done crispy with sauce on the side...... It came with soggy bread, not crispy. With sauce on sub. I ordered online with the exact instructions. To avoid a soggy breaded sandwich. But I still get one anyway. Please hire a better sub maker.

Pizza was pretty good, however....be warned:Don't ever share your phone # or email address with this company or they'll send you a free spam pizza multiple times every day! Donatos marketing will cause me to never order again.

Mother ordered 2 large pizzas, at the time of this review pizzas are 40 mins late. We have called 8 times and we cannot get someone to answer the phone. Tried the manager option and someone answered once and hung up on us. Called the order line and they tried to contact the store for us and they couldn't get anyone to answer the phone either.The order was paid for and we have another prior engagement that we have to attend. If the pizza finally shows up, there is no one at the house to receive it. Hopefully we can get our money back.
