They have come long way after reading all the negative comments step 1 stop ordering from door dash order pizza from donatos website so you can get rewards. Step 2 order carryout explain to staff your specifications if the Pizza isn't right dont pay for it . Choose pay at donatos that way you can see Pizza before you pay for it. To owner of Donatos you need to stop using those generic responses . Stop routing calls to call centers send calls to the store. Customers hate call centers and ai ordering bots.
Train management to work with customers who have repeated negative experiences.
Listen to customers complaints and just look at pictures. Door Dash needs to be told their drivers need to handle pizzas better. Or they dont get paid if Pizza is damaged on delivery..

Had to cancel my order after waiting almost an hour past the time that it was supposed to arrive. They are understaffed and don't care about their customers. For 20 years I've been a customer of donatos and after tonight's experience I will never order donatos from the Noe Bixby location ever again. Do better

Been a regular for 5 years. Was little late getting my order told them I had 2 different order under same name. She gives me one order an one item from the next then for rude bc I asked foe a refund bc they had an extra 30 min ro actuall make my food. The lady at the window said it didn't come through but gave me the salad to the other order. Said I either had to take the remake or leave an I wasnt getting a refund. I asked when the manager would be in they said next week sometime. Never had this problem beofee. Only ONE young lady was actually working the others walking around on phones in the front lobby drinking drinks on phones... this new crew is going to drive customers away needless to say I didn't get my food or a refund.

The WORST location. And if they mess up your delivery you will need to go at your own expense and time to fix THEIR mess up with zero money back or even a sorry. Instead you get met with attitude every time. Our pizza was made incorrectly and was not cooked and Jamie the Donatos employee tried to argue with me saying “idk how it can be raw” yeah well me either Jamie. Idk how I got raw pizza- that’s your job to figure out as the food establishment not mine. I don’t serve raw food from my kitchen- you should be asking why you let your staff serve it in yours.

IF I COULD GIVE A 0 AND STILL COMMENT I WOULD! If you want to order food here make sure it’s 5 hours before they close! We ordered at 11 and it was supposed to be delivered at 12:02. at 12:20 THEY GAVE IT TO DOORDASH AND 4 DIFFERENT DASHERS WENT THERE AND STILL NO PIZZA! WE ARE GETTING OUR PIZZA AT 1:03 THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 12:02.

TERRIBLE!!!! Ordered a pizza from Donatos.com for delivery. Never received the pizza, called the driver & she stated she must have left it at the wrong address. Even with me choosing the hand it to me option. Tried to contact the store that evening & was transferred to an A.I. help line. Which wasn’t much help at. Contacted the store the next day & was told by manager that she couldn’t help b/c it was lastnight. Mind you this was as soon as the store opened the next day. I strongly suggest NOT using this location
This pizza was not good at. This was so disgusting not even a dog should eat it.

In my quest to eat healthy I've consumed salads from a number of restaurants around Columbus. Donaos chicken harvest salad is one of the best salads I've had to date. My Works pizza was super good as usual with the salad ( w/apple vinaigrette..yum), making the meal complete a that much more delicious. The 'consistency' of Donatos meals is a big plus in the industry and very much appreciated. It's not easy to serve at a high level everyday, but Donatos does it. JBSmith

My team and I had a terrible experience with this store. They send our delivery through door dash and this is what happened to the pizza. The guy at the store was very rude and wasn't cooperative at all. On top of this, I did get any receipt from either the door dash guy or the store itself.
