People order at the window and literally sit there at the window until their order is done... meanwhile the pizza i ordered when i was at home is sitting there getting cold

Had a terrible experience during my last visit at this location. I ordered online pickup and when I arrived the 2 that were in there ignored me for 30 minutes straight. I waited for someone to come to the window but when they didn’t I tried waving, lightly honking, etc. to get their attention but when the girl made eye contact with me and then looked back at the guy laughing I knew it was on purpose and drove away without getting my pizza. I suggest y’all put someone who cares about your business in this location to manage things donatos. Cause those 2 are only there make sure you lose paying customers for no reason.

The young lady answering the phone lied about my delivery order . Placed my order at 4:05pm today 12/02/2025 never received any information to track my order when i called and spoke to the young not so smart lady she seen the driver from door dash and states the driver is on the way on a street with a curve . Right now it's 5:32 still yet to received my order and now she won't answer the phone at the location on brice rd . I will be calling corporate tomorrow.

I was soo disappointed. I got a lg pep & cheese. It is nothing like Donatos pizza it had about 10 big pepperonis on it was not even close to Donatos edge to edge little pepperonis. If you're wanting a Donatos pizza this is not the place.

I’m never going to order here again.. everyone in there needs to be retrained on how to make a pizza, I ordered the Mariachi Chicken with extra chicken.. there was no sauce on the pizza it was burned, nothing but jalapeño peppers dried out!!They put chicken on half of the pizza this wasn’t my order, I told the woman at the window.. she just looked at me.. I left, I’m over this place. You email people and nothing happens. Who owns this place?

Apparently people do not know how to read an order properly. I ordered a mariachi beef spice pizza that comes with sour cream packets and I ordered extra sour cream packets and paid for it. The food is delivered and I have no sour cream packets. If you do not have it please communicate to the customer and tell them that you do not have sour creams packets my experience will not be disappointed.

App someone reason switch my order to pickup instead of delivery. Tried to call for 45 mins straight to change it to delivery but couldn't get a hold of anyone at this location, kept getting hung up on. Unprofessional. Finally got a hold of a team member she said they are too busy to answer phones. Someone at cooperate needs to address this to the staff at this location, you all are losing business bc people are being to lazy and don't wanna do their jobs properly. Hopefully food doesn't come cold.

They have come long way after reading all the negative comments step 1 stop ordering from door dash order pizza from donatos website so you can get rewards. Step 2 order carryout explain to staff your specifications if the Pizza isn't right dont pay for it . Choose pay at donatos that way you can see Pizza before you pay for it.
To owner of Donatos you need to stop using those generic responses . Stop routing calls to call centers send calls to the store. Customers hate call centers and ai ordering bots.
Train management to work with customers who have repeated negative experiences.
Listen to customers complaints and just look at pictures. Door Dash needs to be told their drivers need to handle pizzas better. Or they dont get paid if Pizza is damaged on delivery..

Had to cancel my order after waiting almost an hour past the time that it was supposed to arrive. They are understaffed and don't care about their customers. For 20 years I've been a customer of donatos and after tonight's experience I will never order donatos from the Noe Bixby location ever again. Do better

Been a regular for 5 years. Was little late getting my order told them I had 2 different order under same name. She gives me one order an one item from the next then for rude bc I asked foe a refund bc they had an extra 30 min ro actuall make my food. The lady at the window said it didn't come through but gave me the salad to the other order. Said I either had to take the remake or leave an I wasnt getting a refund. I asked when the manager would be in they said next week sometime.
Never had this problem beofee. Only ONE young lady was actually working the others walking around on phones in the front lobby drinking drinks on phones... this new crew is going to drive customers away needless to say I didn't get my food or a refund.
