So the incompetence at this location is so real. It really disturbs me that we do have to trust people that don’t care about your food. Why would you cook the pizza first and the wings last? So now we have cold pizza and the wings aren’t even well done like asked. It really is baffles me that they hand your pizza when you ordered multiple things but nothing else is ready. This location sucks I recommend going to the one further broad st or anywhere else.

Unfortunately Donatoes thought if you remodeled your restaurant that it would help your incompetence. It didnt.

I rarely put reviews online but this is important.

We used to order frequently from this place but the last two times the staff can not either get the order right or get it done on time.

A couple of weeks ago I ordered a pep hot honey and they forgot the honey, crazy.

Thought I would give them another chance.
Last night ordered a pep hot pizza with side of marinara since they don't seem to put enough sauce on the pizza.

I call to order, goes to an AIBot, takes me about 2 min to get thru to someone, which btw can't hardly speak English and must be in India, had to repeat order multiple times.

Finally get the order placed, verified.
I show up at the time they said, there are approximately 12 pizzas sitting on the counter with the oven overflowing with pizzas coming out and the pizzas are practically stacking up on each other in the oven.

I had to yell to get someone's attention since they had no idea I was waiting at the counter.

A girl comes out, I pay, she goes and looks for my order, brings out pizza, turns around and goes back in the kitchen.

I open the box not sure how long it had been sitting on the counter and she forgot the sauce.
It took about 3 minutes to get her attention to bring me the sauce.

Get home, pizza is cold and overdone.

Bottom line....hire people that want to work or lose business. I think Crenos may be a better choice.

The girl at the window tonight is by far THE WORST I've ever had the displeasure of encountering.
Rolled her eyes at me then told me to circle back.around because ny order which was already late wasn't ready yet.
I.dont mind waiting..it's the horrible customer service that is unacceptable.
HOW did we get to this point???
I shall never give this location my money again. I will also be contacting the corporate office Monday.
Hopefully this young lady can get reprimanded.

Called placed order for chef entree salad and 2 10 pc wings. Received someone else's order. Called the store and they kept hanging up. This was a delivery. I had to come out to their shop to get my food. Absolutely ridiculous!! Not to mention wait for them to do thenreorder

I don't recommend this location, tonight I pull up to the Drive thru window and a girl is sitting on her phone she ignored me at the window, her co worker motioned to her like "hey someone is at the window she opens the window and said "Yeah" like I was bothering her! Sorry I bothered your phone time! SMH!

I had an online order and went to pick it up. I was super early, as I didn’t see the time for pick up. I go to the drive thru and the girl was extremely rude. Around 845pm, she kept saying “she doesn’t have my order” I then pull up my app and it says pick up at 9. No big deal I’ll wait. The rudeness and the way she was talking to me was unacceptable. Kept saying “WE DONT HAVE YOUR ORDER” “I don’t see an order with your name on it” and kept rolling her eyes. Horrible experience all around.
