I will never order from here again. Every time I order at this Donatos, I have a problem!
I ordered online this Saturday and automatically was charged a tip. I went to drive thru to get order and the girl was nice, gave us our subs and no pizza. “Oh sorry, they forgot, it’s in the oven, about 5 minutes more, pull over and we’ll bring it out”. My subs are getting cold.
10 minutes later my pizza is ready, subs cold and I noticed a tip was put on my receipt! Went in to manager and he said he would take the tip off and give me some off my bill, never happened!
Worse Donatos, they can’t get it right!! I hate cold food,

The lady and kid working were nice to me and did not spit in my food, which as it happens . Goes a long way.

I had delivery tonight. The last time they brought the wrong pizza but apologized and said I'd have a 20$ credit. Tried to use the credit and was told I couldn't use it for delivery pizza! So, tonight I got pizza and 18 wings. I usually love their dry rub wings. However I don't know if they changed how they cook them or changed who they get their chicken from but they were awful! They reminded me of grocery store wings I tried once! The wing was covered in what I think was fat just under the skin. I scraped it off 2 of them and just dumped the rest. They were barely brown so maybe they weren't cooked long enough. I don't know but they were really bad. They need to go back to the old ways if they've changed. Oh, also the pizza sauce was spicy it didn't taste like it used to and there were 6 pieces of pineapple on the entire pizza! Wow my favorite pizza and wing place is gone!!

Went to get some boneless wings and unfortunately they were burned. But I called and Matt was very nice and helped me make it right. Thank you for your service.

This location is only good when they have good employees, I ordered a Large pizza with a cinnamon bread, they gave me the large pizza and someone else’s small pizza instead. I called and asked if they could make it fresh… they said YEAH and proceeded to give me the same cinnamon bread but warmed back up like I wouldn’t notice. This is unprofessional & unacceptable! I also asked for a cup of ranch & they tried to charge me $1 a ranch 😂😂 lol
I order a pizza on line.went to the store to pickup the pizza. The confirmation email said it will be ready at 10:47 pm and I arrived there it was 10: 45pm.The guy in the window told me to pull a round because, my pizza was not ready.After pulling back around went back to the window it still wasn't ready they told me it will be 7 to 8 more minutes,that I did not have to spare because I was on my way to work. Got to work I'm trying to call donatos to order another pizza to be delivered to me it cost me eight bucks more and I tried to call back to the store four times No one answered this is really poor service.

I ordered my food on 8/ 31/2025. Food was super late. Food was supposed to be ready at 8:30pm. I got it at 8:50 pm.

Pizza crust was really burnt on one pizza. Other pizza was good.
Wish the thin crust was crispier. Great service, they even put the big game on the TV for us.
Ordered a larger extra pepperoni and banana pepper pizza. Only to receive it made completely wrong. Not having extra pepperoni and it being on only half of the pizza. So paying for 2XL and I get 1/2.
When asked if I could bring it back and have it made correctly I was told I was wrong and they made it correctly and then said I’d have to pay for a 2nd. You can see on my order screen that’s clearly not the case. Go somewhere that is more competent and has better customer service.
Idk the guys name is that was working tonight around 7pm that worked the front desk. But thank you !! I had a long day and you turn it around for me. I appreciate you 🩷
Extreme phone problems,kept getting transferred,put on hold then hung up,all took place in 15 minutes also then was very rude!!
