I stopped in while waiting on my vehicle to be serviced nearby. Very convenient, the service was excellent, and friendly atmosphere.Parking: Plenty of parking and as I stated in walking distance to other locations and shopping.

Waited and waited and waited and finally got helped by what I thought was a customer… no it was an employee wearing headphones talking on the phone and just sitting at the table while I waited at the counter. Her conversation was obviously more important than the customer. Obviously funnier too as she was just sitting there giggling with her friend the whole time. And who lets people work with their pants sagging to their knees. It’s unprofessional and disgusting. Will not be returning.

We ordered food on 1/13/24, online, for delivery. We received our confirmation email and the time the food would be delivered. 10 minutes later, I received a text stating the time of the arrival and a map of how I could track our food. I checked it 10 minutes before it was supposed to arrive, and it said our order had been canceled. When I tried to call, there was no answer. There was no refund on our account. We had spent $55.00. I tried to call several more times, also called customer service. Customer service also tried to call, and they were hung up on from someone at the restaurant. We ended up going there ourselves. There were a bunch of door dash people waiting for orders, 2 customers behind us, there for the same issue! It was total chaos. One of the workers came out telling the DD people that their orders weren't ready and to cancel everyone's orders! The drivers all started to argue with him, and the worker told them to reorder their food. As you can see, it doesn't work. After being there 15 minutes, we were helped, I then received a call that my DD was at our house with our order, even though it still showed canceled. I asked for a full refund for the order, the hassle, and the fact we now had cold food on our porch. They wouldn't credit my card but gave me cash back. I did, however, ask the driver if I could meet her so I could give her a tip. This wasn't her fault she was really nice. What is so bad about this Blacklick location, this happens here a lot. This shop should be closed and reopened under new management. It's awful.

One of the biggest pros are that they are usually open late for pick-up or 3rd party delivery. Super convenient for those midnight cravings. And it’s ready pretty quick. Their pizza quality is on trend with all of their other locations, good taste. And their salads are freshly made - I customize, so can confirm. Service is a little meh. How some greet you at the window is a little cold - “name?” All in all, a solid spot.

My order in this visit was for drive-thru pickup.My order was ready in 20 minutes. Customer service was great and fast. My food was hot. I tried the Hot Honey Pizza and babyyyy, it has a kick but it is really good. If you can't eat hot or spicy, then this is not for you. I also ordered the traditional pepperoni pizza with light sauce.I definitely will be getting the hot honey pizza again. I hope it is not only available for a limited time. Everything about this visit was good. I also didn't have to wait in line.You can dine in here and there is plenty of parking too.

3 out of the last 5 times I’ve ordered delivery from this location the pizza has arrived 45+ minutes from when they said it “left the store” and always cold. I try calling the store but either no one answers or I can tell they could care less. We used to order from this location for years but within the last six months service and quality has been lacking. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Ordered online, when I got to the store order was not available, now I have to go to my bank to get a charge back done. I gave up on their app months ago it takes literally 15 minutes to place an order every time. I love their food but they have become a total clown show.
