Huge thanks to Lianne McGlade, Director of Sales & Service, and the amazing team at the Donatos on Thurman Ave. You all went above and beyond, and your kindness truly made a difference. The food was a hit with our Columbus Division of Police dispatchers, and the service was outstanding. Great pizza, even better people!

Frustrating… couldn’t put in online orders. The map system for delivery wasn’t working on ANY browser we tried so I had to call.
And typically, whenever I would put in orders for future times, they make them and let them sit so they come cold. But this time… I was low on options so..
I called… Put in an order for 5PM, an hour before hand (the call was already difficult. Hard for both parties to hear each other. Terrible feedback like a guitar held up to an amp). This was for our D&D session for 7 people so we waited. 20 min past. Nothing. We figured, they’ve been late before, we’ll keep playing. Then after 45 min, I decided to call them. They had no orders for us. Nothing was coming. They asked if I called the right place and I definitely did 100%. They did nothing to compensate or even try to apologize or anything. I hung up and ordered Jett’s pizza which was easy to do online and they came at the time expected.

Went to pick up an already paid and prepared delivery order last night a tad before closing im a black man it was only 1 other person I seen July 7 late night he said the order was gone but the exact items were right in my face he was very grouchy...here's the thing I think he was the manager so yeah KEEP UP THE STEREOTYPES WITH YOUR BEHAVIOR.....bad manager for us all stealing 3rd party orders and being rude

Also, ordered the Hot Honey Pizza which was fine except there was no hot honey! So frustrating.

Pizza was cold & burnt and looked like it fell on the ground and still delivered from the pieces being separated. The order left the building at 10:00 and was delivered at 11:04 and it’s less than 2 miles away. Will never order from this location again 0/100. I called to get my money back, but the manager said I could only receive a credit, she did assist with that but all in all pizza was horrible.

First of all, my family has been ordering pizza from the Donatos on Thurman Avenue for over 40 years. I don't recall ever having any issues with our orders being incorrect . Two of the last five orders that I've placed have been completed incorrectly. The first was the regular Hot Honey Pizza, which I ordered with the thicker crust. Instead, what I received was a pizza with the correct toppings, thin crust and no hot honey. Last night, I ordered a new Smokey Hot Honey Pizza. This time, I received a pizza with the correct thicker crust, no bacon and again no hot honey. I really hope that this Donatos location is not going the way of Popeyes, where the majority of my orders are always incorrect, regardless of location.

I'm so disappointed. I placed an online order for 5:30p pick up window and no one ever came ro the window. Spoke to manager Cat and she was also frustrated talking about they under staffed. Which is obvious because no one even checked for online orders and waiting room has 10+ people!🤬

Promised time was 6:37, food didn't even leave the building until 6:35. Driver called at about 7:19 to tell me the food was running behind in the kitchen but she was on the way and the food would still be fresh, it was not. The food was cold and stuck to the box. I really enjoyed the part where she lied to me about when it supposed was leaving the building, I guess she dosent know we get emails alerting us to when the pizza leaves the building? I was hung up on 5 times trying to get in touch with whoever is working the inside. I called 3 times the first time was hung up on twice the third time someone answered and assured me the pizza was already on the way (8 mins before the driver called and lied to me about it). I tried to call after the delivery just to be hung up on again, the last time I called the person from the call center tried to call them, they still did not answer. She told me my best bet would be to try to call again later or go to the store. Would give 0 if I could, do not recommend.
