‼️Natalie is by far one of the most unprofessional managers I’ve ever dealt with‼️
Instead of taking accountability, she acted like their mistakes were somehow my fault. I tried to address the issue calmly, but was met with attitude right off the bat. Completely unacceptable behavior from someone in a leadership role.

The delivery driver Jefferson is always amazing, he is super nice Everytime he delivers he always speaks to you couldn't ask for a better person to bring us out pizza.. also Sofiane is an amazing team member as well he is always polite an nice and always has a smile on his face.

I looooveee Donatos but always run into problems with my order at this location. Everyone is always nice & my order is already ready on time, BUT something is always wrong. This time, I ordered famous thin crust (which is my favorite part) and I got something that looks like its from Domino’s. In addition, this is the THIRD time they have forgotten my extra sauce cups I have ordered. At only 99¢ each, its not that big of a deal, but I am always disappointed to open the box and yet again find missing items.

food is fine if you get it. Online order doesn’t work. Had to call the store twice to check if it even went through. First time I called I had to go through automated voice machine and a person picked up that doesn’t even work at the store. Tried to transfer my call and it dropped. Second time I went through the same automated voice machine and got someone at the store and it seems like the order never went through. Not a big fan but it was close. Now i don’t think i’ll be ordering from Donatos again anytime soon. SOOOO many other options for way cheaper and at least you get to talk to a person if there’s an issue.

the customer service is on straight trash. ordered my pizza, I work night shift so was in the shower. they came and never left my pizza, I called the store she said yeah you didn’t answer the door so we brought it back…so they offered to bring it back…40 min after the initial drop off, pizza was cold and she didn’t even knock, just left it which I thought they said they couldn’t do in the first place? make it make sense
