Pizza was ok. For a thin crust I was expecting a more crispy texture. The container my meatballs came in had a plastic top that shrunk it seems. I suggest they stop using plastic tops. My meatballs were cold :(

I ordered delivery, and I'm not entirely sure which location I ordered from, but I'm fairly confident it was this one. In any case, the pizza probably doesn't change all that much across locations.
Ordered 90 pizzas the day before the event, the online ordering system is a bit annoying though because you have to add pizzas by 10. If you want a custom pizza, you have to add all the toppings again. I guess that's not normally a problem, but when catering, it becomes quite annoying.
The pizza was delivered on time in big boxes, all labeled. Pizza was decent, not the best but not terrible. Lots of toppings, crust was alright. Very affordable compared to other places in the city.

The big Don was awful they must have dropped the Italian sauce on the sandwich it was soaked and the pizza was under cooked . I'm never going back disgusting

I recently had the pleasure of hosting a club organization Watch Party at Donatos, and I must give a huge shoutout to Evan, our bartender for the evening. From the moment we arrived, Evan was incredibly welcoming and friendly, setting the perfect tone for our event.
What truly stood out was that Evan mentioned he was working a double shift that day, yet he remained upbeat and full of energy throughout the night. Despite the long hours, he showed no signs of tiredness and was genuinely happy to be there, which really added to the positive atmosphere of our watch party.
He was attentive and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the night, going above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Whether it was suggesting the perfect drink or always having fresh pizzas out, Evan handled everything with a smile and genuine enthusiasm.
His ability to create a fun and engaging atmosphere truly elevated our watch party experience. If you're looking for a great service, I definitely recommend Evan as your bartender at Donatos. We can’t thank him enough for making our night so enjoyable! Thank you, Evan!

I get delivery from the store a lot and they always nail it! The pizzas always show up fresh and hot. I've had a couple times where they didn't have a delivery driver but every other time has been amazing
