I walk in, 1:30, 7-2-25, ask to see a menu, and she tells me there was new pricing and that they don't have menus. This, while I'm staring at plain gray walls with no menu to be seen anywhere. She said I could see the menu online. I then said, so you want me to walk to my car to look at your menu? She just shrugged her shoulders. I waved at her and left. Disgusting service.

So I tried Donatos again as it was the staple of pizza when I came to Ohio in 1999. Today the pizza would be better at Little Caesar still. What I can’t get over is the fact that I spent $50 for just okay food. Now I know prices have gone up everywhere, buts it’s the same lame product with no good handling. I’m different, if I’m going to represent a place I’m going to make it happen. I didn’t have it in 2 years and now I know why. I will never be back even if it’s free.

The food was great but their customer service was God awful. Try to order a pizza and the lady acted like she was high and hung up halfway through my order
Ordered a pizza for my kiddos while at work…they delivered it to the wrong house and now won’t answer the phone…called several times. Someone finally answered, had me on hold for 16 minutes then hung up….

Horrible customer service on the phone. You can’t speak to a live customer service representative anymore and when you ask to speak to someone they come to the phone and have attitude. The first thing that was said “is there a reason you needed to speak to someone”. How about I would like to make sure my order is correct because I am not confident the voice response system got it right. Donatos has lost my business forever.
