So I posted a picture what I ordered vs what I received. It was mobile Order #: 2065236865. Let me state the obvious the honey blue and apple butter crumb cake. Please tell me which one is which because it looks NOTHING like the picture. I ordered those two because who could resist the online picture ? I had it set to be ready for pick up at 2:25pm when I say I got there early because I only like warm/hot doughnuts. It was ready before pick up time ok cool. Bite in to the first one (the bacon one) it was room temperature. If I wanted room temperature doughnuts I wouldn’t go to Donna’s. Then I said maybe it was just the bacon one. So I bite the fruity pebbles. That was is even more cool. So I give this a one star for the temperature and the preparation. No care in the world was given on my order.

My wife and I were traveling and used TooGoodToGo as an excuse to sample and browse this location’s items. We asked if it were ok to come in 10 minutes after the pickup time. We were abruptly put on hold and hung up on. As someone who has managed a brick and mortar location I guess you guys don’t like paying customers. When your traffic counter shows a month over month decrease and your sales go down now you know why. Customer service is everything when managing a front facing business.

I have celiac disease, so was SO happy to find a place that makes GF donuts. The taste is great; however, we have had a couple issues on different occasions. We have had our order go missing once and had to wait longer than expected. Today we had an order of regular and gluten free donuts. Half of the regular donuts did not have the toppings as advertised. It was almost as if someone forgot to finish them. Still tasty, but didn’t get what we paid for.

I’m from out of town and was looking for a gluten free option. I did a Google search and found this gem. They do make their donuts fresh…made to order. It doesn’t take long. I however opted for the pumpkin spice donuts with a cream cheese icing. They had some already premade from the morning. They just needed to add the icing. YUM! They are the best gluten free donut I have tried! I live in Dayton Ohio and it is very hard to find items like gluten free donuts that are moist and tasty! Definitely worth the stop!

I walked in maybe 20 some minutes before they closed and was still able to get a hand-picked half dozen of GF donuts. They cashier was happy to make them for me when I ordered. They are always delicious and decadent!

Went yesterday just to try as have been wanting to. Well The 4 I got didnt last and everyone in the family didnt get one! So went back today. Different workers. At 1st I was treated ok. Until the girl that rang me up. I mentioned I wanted 1/2 dozen and clarified with 2 workers what qualified and what didnt. Then I added 2 separate special donuts that did not qualify with the original 1/2 dozen deal. So apparently, I only ordered 5 flavors of the original and 2 special and as I was trying to clarify why it was only 7 donuts when I paid for 8, the little rude worker proceeded to argue and raise her voice to me! I FINALLY got them (the other girl) to UNDERSTAND and they made it right however with an ATTITUDE. BOTH of them did not say anything when they served me even though I said thank you (KINDLY) during check out AND when I was given my order. Also before I ordered I asked if they had a rewards program she laughed at me and said no. I paid and said thank you, she IGNORED and said nothing. My daughter who was sitting down waiting, said as I was watching the main attitude make the donuts she apparently did not like that I was watching and was making faces! Wow. Isn't that the purpose of the glass so people can see? I will NOT come back due to the way I was treated. I was excited about this place and because they offer Gluten free!! The quality of the donuts was pretty good (same concept as Duck Donuts). Hopefully Donna watches the camera and gets rid of the main problem child.

The young woman making the donuts was very precious and sweet and helpful! Donuts were very yummy! Simple cake donut, but made fresh and hot; I made my own (maple icing, honey drizzle, streusel and PB cup). Also tried a white cream filled with chocolate icing - loved it! Simple, but the icings were VERY fresh and I love that they fill a cake donut!

I ordered three dozen chocolate covered Oreos on a stick, beautifully decorated and boxed! Reasonably priced as well! I was very pleased!
