I’ll say this first. The donuts are delicious.But there was a poor gal working the whole place by herself at 9am on a Friday. On what planet does that make sense? I hope she’s paid well. You could tell she was stressed. But she did a dang good job. Do better for your employees. This place will most certainly go under if things don’t change.

I've always eaten my donut freshly made, to me that's the draw of this place! It's more of a desert or an indulgence. Not your traditional donut shop...always worth the trip.

They only have cake donuts. No yeast donuts, no filled donuts. Just cake. They cost $3.00 each. Yeah, $3 each. You got to be kidding me. Anyway you have the cake donut dipped in icing and they add varios toppings. By the time you eat them the toppings have relocated to the bottom of the box. Never again.

Doughnuts were super doughy with little taste. I also ordered the yabba dabba doo and got a m&m doughnut so went back to tell them and the register girl told me "actually you said m&m so". Very unprofessional and unpleasant!

Dragon won’t let you call in and place an order. You’ve got 20 extra minutes one day, and you’re “like I’ll do something nice for the office but I only have 20 minutes and grub hub always takes 20 min. I’d walk in but they never have enough stock on hand. I’ll just call”. “Hello can I place an order” “No we have grub hub”. Fine I’ll go to dunkin. Dunkin has inferior doughnuts but they’ll take your money in ten minutes while dragon is finding ways to ignore you.It's time to talk about yeast rings. Yeast rings are far and away superior to cake rings. Yes, the product DD is designed around is inferior to their yeast rings.They haven't had yeast rings for the last 3 weeks.

Went at 4:30pm on a Monday night. Had never been before and wanted to try out a local donut shop. Wasn't even sure if they open because the displays were all empty and lights were low. I walked in to find a lady sitting on the ground on her phone behind the desk. I asked her if they were open and she rudely and annoyingly said "yeah". She pointed me to the board and said there are the flavors. When I asked her about one flavor and what it was, she continued with the attitude and said "it's here on the paper". I had no clue the descriptions were on the counter. She never told me.I got two donuts thinking they were normal, full size donuts. I opened the box to see two very small donuts. She didn't tell me there were two different kinds of donuts. Yeast or cake. Very disappointed with the customer service. She was rude, unengaged and seemed annoyed that I even came in.Not to mention my donuts were upside down in the containers and I lost half my icing. For $3 a piece I'm not sure if I will come back to experience that kind lack of care again. Truly sad, do better!
Sophie has always been cheerful and smiling. Knows the business and explained what they have and don’t have and what to expect in their inventory as far as types of donuts. Great to take home to the grandkids. I’ll be in soon!Thanks for having a great work ethic and being true to yourself.

These donuts were very good. They have a variety of flavors so they definitely have something for everyone! The sizes of the donuts are perfect as well! It's not too large. The sweetness of the donuts is not overwhelming either which is great! I would come back here especially if I need to bring donuts to an event
