I come to this location often, and get the same thing everytime (brown sugar shaken espresso) and never before have I had the issue of 1/3 of the drink not being there, yet I come today and it’s not filled the way it normally is so I ask if they could fill it, and she tells me there’s measurements and she could add more ice. When half the drink is already ice. It was incredibly obviously she just didn’t measure correctly, yet she sat there with an attitude insisting it’s just the measurements. I also work in food service, so I already felt bad complaining, and I don’t normally complain about the avocado ‘toast’ that’s never toasted. But she also said ‘I could double toast it?’ when it again obviously wasn’t even toasted once. I don’t know why she was so insistent on being right about the order, but in every food service job I’ve been at ‘the customer is always right’ and she has obviously never been told that before. This is my local dunkin but I will never be returning here.

I ordered thru the drive thru and it felt very impersonable.. I get it, we all have bad days, but that is no excuse to take it out on the customer. Look if you don't want to work with people get a job as a lawncare worker or something. However slamming the window in the face of someone and rushing to do whatever is not good customer service! This store is under new management and since then hasn't been doing well. I say change the management back or something to right the ship!

Disclaimer: The 3 stars are for my old school crew that ALWAYS take care of me with great product, good communication and service (don’t see them much/if at all, anymore).

However, I would like to give 1 star for the countless times I’ve had to make complaints about THIS location; be it the taste/quality of product, poor customer service, inaccuracy/mistakes, lack of efficient service etc.

Your prices have gone up significantly (and without warning), as everything else has been compromised. Thank you for reminding me to invest my dollars in MORE useful ways.

All the best to the franchise. But I’m officially DONE!!

They left an inch of cup in both my drinks. The carmel macchiatos were mostly espresso so I couldn't drink it until I got home and added the milk they didn't fully put in! When you charge $6 for a drink you should full the cup!!!!

This location is terrible!!! They NEVER have fresh donuts, yesterday they gave me the wrong order. Then I go back and today at 7am donuts we very hard and stale. Gave the benefit of the doubt the 1st time, but this in chronic with this location..

All I needed was a chai latte that was more than lukewarm. After my 3rd time around the drive-thru they just wanted to refund my money rather than make the drink hot and acted like I was the problem. 1st and last time at this dunkin location.

The employee was rude and provided poor customer service. The drink was completely incorrectly made, and instead of just remaking it, she tried to charge us twice for it and then had to call the district manager and have him talk to us to get this approved when there was a winding line behind us at the drive through. Overall a very unpleasant customer experience. This is the first time I've had a poor experience at any Dunkin, and the Dunkin at 2255 E Dublin Granville road is much better, and is my usual location. I would recommend going to a different location or going to Starbucks where they will remake the drink if it is wrong, since it costs $5 plus dollars.

The sandwiches were more egg than meat, 1 piece of bacon on each sandwich and for over $5, I expected more...hashbrowns bags were half filled (6 little bites per bag) at over $3 each and were given no napkins, had to ask for ketchup, coffee stirrer, and additional sugar which we never received because it seemed as if we were being rushed so we just left without said items...

I do not know why I keep coming to this location.
I prefer the U.S. 62 location off of Walton Parkway and Johnstown Road much more.
The service here is typically mixed, my food and drinks are always inconsistently made, and it feels like a gamble every time I go whether or not I will get what I ordered.

Every time I order a Matcha, it is not full. A third of it is foam and when I asked them to fix it, they pour oat milk in it, and still not to the top. This has happened multiple times As well as getting a breakfast sandwich and having it be soggy — Do not recommend this location

Extremely great service... however can we teach the people that liquid sugar goes in ice coffee and no one wants to crunch on granulated sugar. Especially when specifically asking for liquid sugar because we know some people haven't figured it out yet😂😂 other than that 5 stars. Quick, friendly ect. But guys.. common, lol.
