10-12 about 11:15am I came thru the drive thru. I was never greeted until I spoke into the speaker asking if it was working. After that the manager proceeded to discuss how I wasn’t next and he could hear me talking. Anyway instead of taking my order he continued to be rude and argumentative with himself . I then went inside to speak with him and he would not allow me to finish my sentence. I told him he was setting a poor example as a manager to his employees. He then told me I could not order and I should leave. I could go a lot of places with my assumption but I will not. I come to this location quite a bit after this I will not be back.

Young adults who work there are some of the most ignorant individuals on the planet! Screaming and yelling so loudly i could hear them in my car waiting in the drive-thru! The car behind me got service before I got my coffee and it wasn't like I ordered anything special It was simply a medium coffee. Had to go inside to served after I had already paid!

This used to be my fave location. However, lately (the past month or so), they have been consistently understaffed in the AM. At 7AM today, I unfortunately chose the inside ordering lane and was stuck there for almost 20 minutes. There were only 2 cars ahead of me when I got in line and the car directly before me drove away after 10 minutes sitting in front of the speaker. After several minutes of no acknowledgement and watching the car in the other lane place their order (who had JUST gotten there after those original cars had left), I said hello to no response. Just communicate with your customers. And fix your staffing issues.

Worst customer service ever! They always gett the drinks wrong. Typically wait around 3-5 minutes to get my drink after paying cause they’ll tell you to pull up to the third and final window but always forget to bring my drinks. I get they’re all younger kids but I hate having my time wasted while they’re busy doing TikTok videos and challenges. Especially the weird and inappropriate language they use. They’ve seen the last of me. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE.

This is where I go every morning and if you get them when they're real busy you got to have some mercy but quality doesn't change atmosphere doesn't change sometimes service is a little slow and sometimes a drive-through is quicker than going in I guess that's the way that market trend is moving

i’ve been coming here every day before work for the past 6 months now and every single time the service has been incredible!! all of the staff are super nice and the food and drinks are always right. i’ve been to most of the dunkin’s in the area and this one is my favorite by far!!
Last three times we have gone to this location there has been something very wrong with our order ranging from cream cheese instead of bacon egg and cheese or missing drinks. Every time it has been rung up correctly and incorrectly made. Triple check your order before pulling away.

I've now gone to this place 3 times requesting bacon/egg/cheese bagel with cream cheese and 3rd time they just put cream cheese on it and nothing else. I even told them about the other 2 times and that I was requesting it to be not just cream cheese. I'll still go to Dunkin just not this one.

Everytime i pick up a doordash order from here I have to stand and wait more than 5 mintues. Today I waited 5 mintues before heading to the location, showed up and there was no one there and I still had to wait 5 minutes. Terrible service.

Literally the fastest dunkin around town! I love it. It’s always so busy but they get my food out on time and even when I get sent to third window, they always give me a warm smile while handing my drinks and food. Friendly, fast and accurate. I love it. Thank you Dunkin!
