Can someone please tell me what’s at the bottom of my drink?!! I was mortified!! ? I know it wasn’t the wrapper from my oat milk creamer that I buy from TJ’s, because that’s a white plastic cap that you have to screw off. I’m gonna go on TIME OUT with Dunkin. Somehow, I always have to do this at least once/yr.

The Blond gentleman with glasses is super belittling. Forgot the coffee in my iced coffee with one shot of milk it was just a half cup of milk. Confronted him about it. He laughed and said “did you even try it yet” stay away because other reviews are saying the same thing.

Ordered hot chocolate and donuts. Hot chocolate was nasty. Tastes like hot water. Cups had to be sent back cause they were only half full when sent out after it took more than 10 minutes to even get them. The he donuts were stale. Never going back there again.

This location of Dunkins is no exception to the high-quality service that you're used to getting at any Dunkin' Donuts. The staff asked all the right questions. If you're not familiar with a different type of coffees, they are able to answer those technical questions as well. The donuts are always delicious And the coffee is always spot on

Ordered two iced coffees and one is literally 50% foam... For paying $15 dollars this is not worth the money at all only reason i ordered from here is due to there being no drivers close enough for starbucks to be delivered and will definitely not be ordering again.

Dunkin off the roundabout on Hamilton Road is the BEST! There are four Dunkin in the Gahanna/New Albany area and this is hands down the one to go to. Service is quick and friendly. Mobile orders are smooth. I often order refreshers and this is the the best place to get one as they never taste watered down or weak from this location. A++ here!
Y’all need to chill. This place just opened and they’re busy 24/7. Don’t think I’ve ever had a problem

No consistency. It’s a surprise of what your going to get based on who’s making it. I love Dunkin because the coffee to me is better than Starbucks but due to the inconsistency I’ll be switching back. I have had them remake drinks and they still be wrong. So fair warning when you order an iced latte sometimes it’s good or too sweet or they forget the expresso all together.

Reached out to Dunkin’s Corporate Email in regards to inconsistencies with the drinks and never having my drink done correctly, they stated owner would be in contact with me. Well, it’s been over a month and have not heard from them. I live right by Starbucks, wish the Dunkin near the Vista was a little closer but most likely will not be coming back at this location.

This place is awesome and so many donuts to choose from! I absolutely love their iced green tea matcha! Also yummy sandwiches. The staff was friendly and I would come here again and again! (Also they give pup cups!!!)
