I bought 1 single latte and it took over 15 minutes! They pulled me up to the last window and just never came to it! I honked my horn after 10 minutes and some girl came to the window and said they were training a new girl and it was coming. It was 5 more minutes and I honked again and it was still a couple minutes before anyone came to the window! I just wanted a quick latte, ridiculously slow. Spend the little extra and go to Starbucks for fast and better service!

Left without a purchase 6:19 pm 2/10/26 the Mexican girl couldn’t be bothered to log into the Regis so I could pay with my Apple Pay without giving them my phone
They were out of a specific donut so they made up for it by giving me an extra donut :) Love these guys

I ordered mobile, showed up and was directed from the screen to proceed to the window. Young worker came to the window very irritated and told me that i NEEDED to stop at the screen to tell them im here.. i explained i just followed the prompt to proceed to the window and she did not care to listen (in fact told me i needed to listen to her) and kept telling me what i needed to do. In customer service you ASK politely. Especially if your AI prompt is telling the customer what to do. A simple “good morning, would you mind stopping at the screen to let us know you’re here, it would really help us” .. she then shut the window in my face and when she came back, she just shoved my food and drinks out the window to me. Another worker came to give me my last drink and when I explained to her, she really should check the little girls’s attitude..She just proceeded to defend her instead of having understanding that the rude way she tried to tell me what to do was not necessary. I’ve worked customer service and know there’s a way to speak to people.. no reason for rudeness at 0645.

They young people who work in there make my Iced Caramel Signature Latte with much love and care. They make my drinks just right and have my whip cream filled to the top. I love it! And of course the drinks and coffee there are very good.

I was there yesterday on Veteran Day I'm a veteran to get my free donut.I went through the drive thru and order.It was about 3.40 pm the young lady that waited on me was very rude and unfriendly.I ask for a bag for my donut,She shovel the bag in my hand and slam the drive thru window. Is this the kind of employees you are hiring??? There a bad word that describe a person like this,it start with an A and end with a E.

My boyfriend kindly called and asked to have the specific Halloween spider donut made for my order. The female on the phone, in the morning on (10/27) cheerfully stated she would make sure it was in my order. Well, they obviously didn’t care about the kind thing he wanted to do so they sent this monstrosity instead. In the attempt to be petty please understand the lack of customer service is so sad. Do better.

This is probably the worst Dunkin I've been to. I was really excited when a new one was being built in the area because DD is my absolute favorite. My drink is consistently made incorrectly, and the donuts never seem to be fresh. Just go to the DD off Hamilton near the 270 exit; that location is stellar.

I stopped by this Dunkin’ Donuts today and ordered the Snackin’ Bacon. When I received it, it was extremely slimy and undercooked, you could clearly see the rawness. I politely asked if they could make it crispier, but the employee told me they couldn’t because the maple would crystallize and burn.
That’s unacceptable, especially since I visit a different Dunkin’ near my daughter’s school every morning and they always prepare it perfectly without any issues. The service here was poor, the food quality was disappointing, and I won’t be returning to this location.
