This is by far the best Dunkin' Donuts that there is. I drive the extra distance to come here. Because they staffer, so friendly and helpful, and they deserve a lot of recognition for the great work that they do

Heather was so friendly and helpful with our large order. Thank you! My parents had coffee and a breakfast bagel and they really enjoyed it. I had an iced macchiato, and as usual, the espresso on top is some of the best around. The boys thought the wireless charger built into the table was interesting.

Where do I begin? Let’s start on the lack of customer service and the nasty mouths of the employees! Talking about, They’re about to walk out the store and they really don’t care, and they’re not coming back just unprofessional.

Second. Let’s talk about the little guy in there. I guess the manager! Telling me that getting out of a long line coming inside, to pick up my coffee messes up his numbers. That’s not my problem if I have somewhere to be, and you can’t keep your line moving that’s the issue for you.

You’re not gonna inconvenience a customer because of some number being messed up? I’ve been in there picking my stuff up when a line was long before and never been told that! And if it was an issue the way that you tell somebody, you need to fix your attitude! You sound very rude over the intercom!!!

And… Talk to your employees about their professionalism. The only ones that were professional was the one at the window and the two that were in the kitchen. The other ones upfront were very nasty get it together! Y’all clearly can’t work under pressure. It’s a Saturday morning!!! Wth do y’all think?? It’s not gonna be busy?? This ain’t y’all first SATURDAY working.

Peace & Blessings I am a faithful customer at this particular location. I NEVER get my change back, although it's a penny. It's mine and I want it. The employees are Not friendly or familiar w/ the menu. There was ONE employee who was kind & professional(and turns out that was not their regular store location). I have been handed a cold/lukewarm cup of coffee more than three different occasions(and asked for a fresh one). I spend my $2.49...well $2.50 because I NEVER get my penny. At this point I'm at least .50¢ paid up on a future cup of coffee. This E. Broad St. (43213) is the closest one to me that's why I keep going back. However, if the service doesn't improve unfortunately I will have to stop coming.

They closed the whole lobby and during work we can't go through ths drive through, they make their own rules, do NOT GO HERE, it's as crappy as it looks
