We've never stopped here before, this was on our travel route, so we stopped. Coffee tastes good, donuts surprisingly delicious.

I come here regularly, usually before work in the mornings, but came on Saturday morning and the staff seems like they would rather be anywhere else but here. Walked in and waited for a couple of minutes before someone came to take my order. Nobody greeted me when I came in or said “be with you in a minute.” When they came to take my order the girl just stared at me until I started ordering. They made the drink quickly but sat it on the counter and walked away. The food is usually good at this location, the drinks are hit or miss, and the restaurant is mostly clean, but the staff could do a little better with their customer service.
EDIT: I just went through the drive-thru for a hot latte and it was ice cold, so I’m emphasizing the “drinks are hit or miss” part of my original review.

I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 Bismarck donuts. I made sure to confirm the donut had white cream, and not the Boston cream filling. The employee was very nice. When I got home and started to eat the first donut it had literally 1 teaspoon of cream and I didn't know it was there until I got to the last bite. The exact same thing happened with the other donut. The week before I visited the same location and had to ask for 4 types of donuts before I got to one they had. Again, the employee was accomodating and offered an additional donut to compensate for the inconvenience. Your employees and customers shouldn't be subjected to such poor product quantity accountability.

Great coffee quick service and made recommendations for me since it was my first time there. But please don’t get an extra shot of espresso I feel crazy rn usually Starbucks isn’t strong enough so I get two with my macchiato but with these guys you only need one !

Best Dunkin I’ve had in Columbus! Food was fresh and came out quick. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Even after ordering twice they still got me the wrong drink and donut even telling them again my order at the window. I also ordered the loaded tator tots and they were ice cold and soggy. Definitely won't be returning to this Dunkin Donuts again.

It seems like every time I go, some part of my order is not right. Unfortunately it’s the only location in my area, so I feel like I have to deal. The staff is fantastic though, as far as fast service and great attitudes.

They have fresh doughnuts every day, I have been there many of times at different hour's and there were hardly any doughnuts left. I had ask were they going to put out anymore fresh doughnuts, I was told NO what ever they sale out of that was it and the next batch of doughnuts would go out the next morning.

I placed a mobile order and the worker thought it was door dash. I had to ask for my other drink. When I opened my avocado toast it was lacking the bacon I ordered it with. The rest of our food was fine except the mushy hash browns. I guess they aren't fried. Hoping next time we order they do better because I didn't have time to go back in the morning. The staff don't greet you when you walk in and kind of stare without saying anything. I also applied at this location last fall but they told me they only had a open position from 4 am to noon which is crazy for a working mother who has a school aged child. Hopefully they hire more capable people some day
