I want to give a very special shout out to Breonna! I can not thank her more for her exceptional service. I have been all over town for this one particular sandwich and let me say........." She is by far the only one in the CITY who can make it perfectly! KUDOS TO YOU CHICA! I WILL BE BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN! McKinsey on register and their drink maker is exceptional as well with these three ladies alone you have a dream team! Shout out to the Manager leading these ladies! I did not catch her name but I'm BESTFRIEND!!! See you guys soon!!!

I was excited to see this location open. I went in and was greeted by a friendly employee. Unfortunately when I went home and opened the donuts, one had no frosting on it and it wasn’t that it got flipped on the box, but apparently the employee put it in like that and they had many more acceptable ones. Very disappointed! In addition the donuts and muffins did not taste fresh:(

I am from farther West in the country, and they removed o Dunkin'. So now when I'm in the East I will show up knowing full well that the food and the coffee is going to taste amazing. This store looked like it was actually a newer store, it was super clean and updated.

This store just opened and this the second time Ive gone during their business hours when they are supposed to be open but I get to the window and they tell me they’re closed. They should go head and shut it right back down

Crazy disrespectful employees, had us sitting at the speaker as the only ones in line or even at the store for like 10 minutes and copped an attitude with us for saying hello? Said they had drinks to make but there was nobody but us tryna order? Whoever fought with me over saying hello deserves to be fired, don’t work a job with customers if you can’t have respect and patience when they had that for you.

I had really bad experience at this Dunkin Donuts. I asked for Bavarian Donuts and they were not put in my box and there’s one lady inside that’s been picking up donuts for herself, I don’t know if she is the manager or a customer behind the counter but it’s really frustrating. And the sales lady almost drop the donut tray over the counter on to my son’s head. We really love Dunkin’ Donuts but this is our first time to experience a terrible service at this location.

This is probably the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. I was really excited when a new one was being built in the area because DD is my absolute favorite. Every time I go here, there's always terrible customer service. The employees don't engage with the customers, but they engage with each other while helping customers. My drink is consistently made incorrectly, and the donuts never seem to be fresh. I have given this location 3 tries, but I'm officially done. My worst experience at this location was when the lady helping me had dried blood under her nose and on her fingers. That was the last straw for me. Just go to the DD off Hamilton near the 270 exit; that location is stellar.Vegetarian options: You can get egg and cheese options, and they have milk alternatives.

Would give 0 stars if I could. This place is an absolute joke. They need to take lessons on customer service and efficiency from the Dunkin on Hamilton and 270. Will not be coming back

Dunkin' donuts has always been a top-notch operation. When I used to do over the road driving, I used to make an appointment to find dunkin' donuts and whatever town I was in. This location, continues in his flying tradition, good service, good food. Unfortunately in Columbus there's a sheep mentality, where people find a favorite spot and go there until they find another favorite spot and abandon it. Dunkin' donut has had many stores open in the Columbus area, only to later shut down. I don't get it. Duncan Superior to any other breakfast shop there is so I sincerely hope the local community supports this location, and I hope all my next visit to Columbus it is not closed down because people have found their new favorite thing.

Worst donuts ever. Yesterday my husband stopped in about 10 am. Only been open about a month and he wanted to support. Big Mistake. There were 2 jelly donuts in the case so he took those and also a Bismarck (crème not custard). As soon as he got home the sampling began. Hadn’t realized that we had purchased day old that was being passed off as fresh. Like do they even Bake daily? Selling day old at full price without letting the consumer know is a shady practice. I have never received any but fresh no matter what time of day at jolly pirate at rosehill and main

Yesterday my husband dropped by at about 10 am. It's been open a little over a month and we wanted to give it some business. There were 2 jelly donuts in the case so he got both and also a crème ( not custard) Bismarck. Once home my husband immediately dug in with anticipation. He was disappointed with not one not two but all 3 donuts. They definitely were not fresh but stale . Shame on Dunkin for selling old goods and padding them off as fresh. Tip - I have never eaten a stale donut from Jolly Pirate on Rosehill and Main.

Don't open a location if you do not have enough employees to provide the service. Let and went to Tim Hortons.
