This Dunkin' was pleasant overall however it is a busy location so the drive-thru is probably your best option here. They do have kiosks inside which is convenient and allows the staff to continue making orders while you browse. The store was very clean, the staff were friendly and attentive.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Dunkin’. My coffee was extremely watery, so I politely asked for it to be remade. Instead of fixing it, they handed me another cup that was just as watered down as the first one. For a place known for coffee, this was really frustrating and not worth the money.

This is the wonkiest Dunkin in Columbus. First of all, you literally don't even know how to get into the dunkin itself because there are do not enter signs on both entrances.
I placed a mobile order today and received it with no problem but I asked for water and a pup cup for my dog in the car and was charged $1 for the pup cup which is understandable. Someone brought my water after and told me it was 50¢ for water but there was another person in the back saying it wasn't. 50¢ for water is kind of crazy. I was very excited for this Dunkin to open close to our house but I guess I will be driving out of my way to get Dunkin AGAIN.

It used to be awesome, but lately, the customer service and food have sucked. If you go in, you'll be standing around for like, 15 minutes before anyone even notices you. Plus, they keep messing up my order, which is a sausage, egg, and cheese sourdough sandwich, and they keep forgetting the sausage. Also, the drinks are way too sugary, and they've put lemonade instead of water in my drinks a few times. They all look like they hate themselves in the face or they treat the place and people like its their 4th job of the day and could care less.
I’ve given this place plenty of chances, but today was the final straw. They messed up my order again, and despite me being polite while pointing it out, one of the employees that took my order mocked me as I was driving away.
