Waited eight minutes for the cashier and the two other staff to evetually pour me a black coffee. It took the whole team: one to take my order and then go back to her phone, one staff to move the empty cup over to the coffee dispenser, and a third to ignore the cup and ask me if I was waiting on a pickup order. The worst. Avoid.

I ordered on the app. I went in 10 minutes after i ordered it. It wasn’t ready but they had a couple people in line so i didnt mind. Everyone received their food and I was the last one. They gave me my coffee and donut holes and said the food was coming up. I wait and still never received it and more people kept coming in and they kept giving them their food. i had to get a refund because 30 minutes had past and i needed to get to class i don’t know if they forgot or just lost my ticket but i never recieved my food and had to go to class hungry…

Very kind people, drink is always made right and dont have to worry about it being poorly mixed, food is well made as well. Definitely my favorite dunkin to go to.

The two guys working today did a fantastic job! My coffee was perfect, my food was hot and was made quickly and accurately. I will be returning to this location in the future because of the wonderful customer service!

When I needed a refund because they did not have my mobile order, I had to wait at the counter for twenty minutes just to be told that none of the employees knew how to refund me. They said I could wait an hour for their manager to come back... like I just casually have an hour. So not only did they not have my order, they were also hilariously callous and incompetent. I highly advise other customers to visit the 2060 High Street Location if they can.
