They never respect the closing time, it shows on google they close at 9 pm but the store close before that, they always close like 30

I ordered a hot drink, but the staff did not ask whether I wanted it hot or iced and made it iced instead. When I explained that I had ordered it hot, they became upset. I was then given a cup that was only half full. Overall, the customer service was poor and disappointing.

Worst DD we've ever been to in our life. Got the order wrong, donuts tasted like get were triple fried. Awful. We go to DD because of consistency.... this one is off the map bad.

Decided to get to get ice cream, ask for banana split. They have no bananas. Then we ask for a hot fug6 Sunday, they have no Vanilla Ice cream, so I say 3 hot fudge sundae with chocolate ice cream, it was too chocolate.They served it in a beverage cup.I will never go there again.Least the one on Morse Rd and maize awful 😖

Just went inside only to literally discover a bunch of young kids horsing around, laughing and telling jokes instead of taking customer orders. (Listen, I’m all about having a good time at work, but your actual work and job that you are paid to do comes first.) They ALL completely ignored me as if I wasn’t even standing there. I decided to turn around and walk out and go through drive though instead and that was worse because they kept asking me to repeat my order because they were too busy not working and having a social hour. And in the end when I finally got my order (after pulling around to the door to wait), they gave me the wrong donut and did not double toast my bagels as requested. (I don’t even think they were toasted at all!) horrible experience do NOT go here!! (Btw, their women’s restroom is down so no restroom to use either!)

I went to this place today on Morse Rd and I saw a small girl behind the counter working BY HERSELF with NO MANGER, NO STAFF, AND NO COOKS!!!!!!!!!! This girl has been working by herself, setting up the line, cooking the food, and cashing people out since 9AM and it was after 4PM when I went inside there. She preceded to tell me that the managers don’t even show up and that nobody ever shows up, she kept trying to contact everybody and ask where everyone was at and finally the “owner” showed up and he told her “you can handle it right?” AND LEFT!!!!!! That is just unacceptable and inhumane. This girls friend who DIDN’T EVEN WORK THERE HAD TO COME HELP THIS GIRL!!!!!!!! There is a Dunkin’ Donuts right beside it and the girl working told me that they were owned by the same people. So when I got my food I went right over there and they had the nerve to have 2 PEOPLE working over there, so I went inside and asked if they had a manager and the guy told me that he was the manager and then I asked if this Dunkin’ Donuts and the Barrio were owned by the same people and he said that they were and I explained how there was a girl over there working by herself with no staff, no cooks, and no manager. He told me that there was a guy working over there too and I said that no there wasn’t at all. And then this older woman behind me sitting there drinking coffee overheard me and started talking to the manager as I’m walking out. As I’m outside I still see the older woman behind me talk to the manager and go up to her and ask if she was the owner and she said she wasn’t but that she would “let them know”. Yeah ok. Who ever owns this place shouldn’t own it , simple as that.

Listen.... i went to this location two hours ago and whoever that black female was that took my order, sounded like she did not want to be there, i did not even feel welcome when she took my order, plus they overcharged me and gave me half of my items, i understand in this time everyone is going through something personal, but the manager needs to have a much strict rule for their employees and they need a much better attitude! She was talking to me over the speaker like she had some type of problem with me!!!!

Came in through the drive thru around 7:30-8:00 and they said they weren’t serving food. Not sure if that’s normal but before I came in I checked site to see if they were still serving food and they said they served till 9:00. Really disappointing experience and a big waste of time and gas.

The level of incompetence at this location is astounding. Workers do not even know the product they sell, and to get even acknowledged when your standing at the counter, almost impossible. Its a shame what dunkin donuts has become.....
