Their lattes and coffees are somehow always bad, but if you order the same thing from another location, it tastes good. Their hashbrowns taste like smoke, as if people were smoking while cooking it. My order was wrong, too. Half the stuff on there I never asked for.

Worst place to order coffee.. you order a coffee with sugar and they not adding I even asked many times if they added and I also come the window before I picked up the coffee and ask if they added sugar and they said everything was in it and when left they didn’t add what I order and when I tried to speak the manager is the same guy who took my order and did this so stay away from this place unprofessional and mean services and they don’t even deserve 1 star, make sure you checked your what you order before you leave instead of wasting a time and money thanks !

Is this grilled cheese ? No SOPs followed FIY This is double toasted like what ???? First they gave me soft microwaved grilled cheese sandwich in a drive through, I parked my card went inside to ask what is this? She was like it's toasted , I was like no sister it's not toasted , she Said do you want double toasted , I told her yes plsss .. Then what she did she took the box and put the same grilled cheese sandwich in the oven without glove in her one hand ( she was wearing just one glove) and gave me back the same grilled cheese and the same box , The only reason I ate it because my sugar was dropping low and I needed something to drive back home , The store was smelling nasty There was gross smell and water in store ..

I can't even give the food a decent taste review because it just is what it is. But 2 days in a row I have order a Turkey Sausage egg and cheese bagel with an extra turkey sausage. 2 days in a row, the extra money has been taken with no extra sausage. Either better management, training, or comprehension is needed. If a few extra dollars to lose a customer and save food is worth it- congratulations. I'll find another location.
And y'all love to blame the delivery services, like our receipts aren't attached to the order. Do better

I do not recommend this location. I placed an order on the app, when I got to the store I was told “sorry we are closed” when I went through the drive thru. I asked what about my order?! I was instructed to cancel it on the app, which is not an option. I pulled up to the window but no one would come speak to me. It was 545pm and their listed hours stated they close at 9pm. I will never go back here.
