Customers can order through the app, and the food is hot and ready. The doughnuts are to die for. This appears to be one of the newer stores with modern decor and was clean and well kept. The bathrooms do not require a key code for entry. If ordering pick-up for inside, customers may need to speak with someone to retrieve their order as it is kept behind the counter. However, there have been instances of incorrect mobile pickup orders, and the employee working the drink thru stated while taking orders that a new employee was training and to please talk slowly and be patient. Some customers have experienced waiting times, even when the store is not busy, and the staff may seem slow at times. Despite this, most drinks are made correctly, and the staff checks on customers when possible. The restaurant has a one-way loop parking lot with plenty of spots.
