Stopped by this morning place was a mess I’d understand if they were busy but most of the staff was standing around no line at the drive through in this weather today. Table cloths looks like they came from the goodwill dumpster

This location has absolutely tanked over the last year. I used to walk here multiple times a week but stopped going frequently bc of constantly issues and inconsistencies with my order. Unfortunately I made the mistake of recently stopping again for the holiday menu, but two out of my last 3 orders have been missing items.
The chatbot has been down for weeks, so no way to submit or resolve issues that way. Multiple emails to customer service have gone unanswered from 11/16 and now today’s order also. If the item isn’t available, why can I order it in the app, and if that’s how it’s set up, why is the store unable to cancel the item and refund it? I sat on hold 25 mins to speak with someone today only for him to say I’d have to wait for a call from the franchise manager. When I questioned waiting even longer for an issue from 2+ weeks ago he hung up on me. I’m once again sitting on hold 22 mins and counting. I’ll go back to Starbucks, at least they have customer service, usually get the order correct, and keep inventory updated in the app bc this is insane.

Was just handed a large drink that was not filled anywhere near where it is supposed to be. Have ordered the same drink 2 times in the last 5 days and have gotten full cups but the person at the window kept arguing that this is a standard build.
Please do better. As a regular that visits your location at least 3 times a week this is very disappointing

Everything about this Dunkin location is completely awful! We waited inside for up to an hour for our drinks to be served with half melted ice!

Guy doing the Mobil orders was not calling out any orders. A complete unworthy delay to anyone’s day.

Stopped in to use the bathroom and check out the menu. Got busy in the time it took me and my partner to go so ended up not getting food, but the staff was very attentive and checked on us when we did look over the menu.

Well had to drive around the building 3 times
They were dead with noone inside or out and yet I had to wait at the order board several minutes. No one answered so I drove around to the window and the girl there made me drive back to the order bord to take my order. Then she made my drink which took 5 mins! Seems like no one else was working and she was slower than molasses in January! The 2 drinks tasted right so no complains there bc most dunkins these days can't follow directions! So as mk uch as I hated the unnecessary wait I am glad the drinks tasted right!

The staff doesn't know how to use the rewards system and was super unhelpful. Used my points but wasn't able to give me the coffee I redeemed for free. Still took payment
While the staff is great, and my coffee is always made right, there’s always something missing from my order. Whether it be a donut or the hash browns. My last visit I waited a good 10 minutes for my donuts to be given to me. I got my drink at the first window, was told to pull up to the second. Okay cool! 10 minutes go by, no one came. So I knocked on the window and was greeted kinda rudely. She told me that the other guy said I was taken care of. I, in fact was not. She kindly apologized. Also- let me add: the hash browns taste like metal or dish soap every single time I get them. Why?

This is the third time I have been given dairy after saying I have an allergy. This time I also stopped at the window because the coffee looked light and clarified twice saying “this does not have dairy, correct?” And “definitely no dairy?” Both times I was told yes no dairy with an explanation as to why the coffee looks lighter. I got home and noticed “French vanilla swirl” on the cup.. dairy… this is so incredibly dangerous and to outright lie to someone about the contents of food regarding an allergy is a big issue. PLEASE train your workers better before someone gets sick or worse..

The young lady working the drive thru was super nice, but the service was EXTREMELY slow! For 2 drinks and a donut we waited 20 minutes. Not sure what the problem was, but I’ll never go to this location again.

Twice they have had inordinate trouble producing a cup of hot tea. Today I just walked out without it after I had paid for it. Seems they are only interested in delivery orders.
i’ve never had an issue with the service here, however, the donuts are SO disappointing. they are either hard as rock or the donut isn’t available. i hate that this location is walking distance from my house and i have to drive elsewhere for donuts.
