This is my favorite Dunkin'. They always make my drink right & my partners too, also they're actually open during the hours listed unlike the other Dunkin on West Broad...The employees are always really nice and courteous here too. (: I'm surprised this Dunkin has a lower rating than the one down the street, that one isn't even open half the time.

I ordered my drink pulled up to pay and there was no good morning just a look so I paid and was sitting there waiting on my drink the person at the window said is there anything else you are waiting for YES my drink I just paid for. Every time I come to this location they keep giving me more reasons why I need to stop going because they either don’t have what I want or the service is trash!

Went in for two drinks and two donuts. Stood at the register for a while staring at 4 employees. Me and my bf were the only ones there. I stared one down till they came over to take our order and he said “you know there’s a kiosk right? We are busy but I’ll take your order now.” Ridiculous to say that to a customer when it is your job.

I went to the Dunkin’ Donuts yesterday for the first time and my experience was pretty flawless. I had quick service and the cold brew was great. I always stop and get coffee somewhere on my way to work at least three times a week. So I decided to come back today. I ordered the exact same thing and the girl tried to charge me 70 extra cents for cold foam. The sign on the menu in the drive-through says cold brew with cold foam $4.69. I told her that that was what the sign said and she said we have to charge you the $.70. I said OK well take the cold foam off.. she said well we already made it. It’s not my problem that you already made the drink before I even finished ordering it, And you should’ve gotten the Price correct. She got an attitude with me and said the total was $5.19 so I just drove off. And I won’t be returning. It’s either fix my drink, adjust the price, or fix your sign. Leave your attitude at home the next time you go into work. I just went one block down to Tim Hortons and got a cold brew For $4.25 With better service.

I ordered a tropical guava refresher and as I’m drinking it I noticed something in the cup after further inspection I realized it was mold in the ice. My friend also got a drink and we saw more moldy ice. DO NOT DRINK HERE YOU ARE DRINKING MOLDY ICE.

BEWARE! I bought a latte at this location and they put so much sweetener I couldn’t even drink it. No way it wasn’t intentional tasted more like syrup than coffee and made me sick after 2 sips. I went here regularly and never experienced anything like this, disappointing but I guess I’ll just have to find a new coffee spot.
