BEWARE! I bought a latte at this location and they put so much sweetener I couldn’t even drink it. No way it wasn’t intentional tasted more like syrup than coffee and made me sick after 2 sips. I went here regularly and never experienced anything like this, disappointing but I guess I’ll just have to find a new coffee spot.

Bathrooms that are meant for one person don’t lock so you have to yell at people walking in on you.

Went in to order 6 donuts, and all the employees were playing around, on their phones, and talking about the customers inthe drive thru ( not sure if it was good or bad)

Used to go here all the time, but my drinks are always different even though I order the same drink every time. Some of the staff are really nice, but other staff is just horrendous, ignoring you or being blatantly rude. After a particularly rude experience I don’t feel comfortable going back to this location.

I go to this place almost every morning just to get a large iced coffee and they can never seem to make it right it always seems tastes like bitter coffee or the vanilla tastes like Carmel and this morning when I went they put dirty change on top of my lid instead of just handing it to me and didn’t even give me the correct change. This place is absolutely awful better off just going down the street

this dunkin on W broad is 100000x better than the other dunkin down the same street (bc they don’t mind keeping their ovens on until they are about to close, unlike the other location who says “our ovens are already off” by 7pm when they don’t close until 9 lol). This dunkin treats customers well & went the extra mile to makeup for the other location. Not to mention the avo toast was so good

This location sucks. Ordered a latte and was told they couldn’t make coffees because their expresso machine was down. Then i ordered two donuts and the lady didn’t know how to work the register, she got another employee and she didn’t know either so they get their manager and finally they get the register working. Go to use a gift card and again she didn’t know how to use it. Pathetic location wont’ ever come back to this one. No apologies for my inconvenience or anything

This location is a Dunkin and Baskin. It's a bit pricey . We stopped in for ice cream/milkshakes but the milkshake prices were $7+ so we settled for cold coffee treats. Wasn't anything special or exciting the drink tasted like drinking coffee creamer with a touch of burnt coffee added. They have an ice cream counter with a small variety of flavors, small amt of donuts, coffees, so tbh I'm not so sure my feelings on stopping here again there's just nothing that sticks out as a " I want one of those again" item. And we have had some different things from here since they opened.
