This is a nice Dunkin. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. I walked into here and ordered on the mobile app, but my Mastercard gift card didn’t work, so I ordered at the counter instead, which did work. I got a Boston Kreme donut, which tasted good and had quite delicious chocolate frosting on top, and a small decaf iced coffee with lava cake syrup inside. While I didn’t taste much of the lava cake, the coffee was still quite good. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get the coffee with no ice inside, but that’s okay. After finishing my drink and donut I left, satisfied either my experience. I gave this Dunkin five stars because it has tasty donuts, refreshing coffee, and plenty of space inside to sit down and get some work done on some comfy seats.
Parking: This Dunkin is next to a parking lot for an apartment complex, so you can briefly park there to pick up your order, but you can’t leave your car there while you eat inside.

Came here for two orders and had to wait 45 minutes for our order. People who ordered after us got their food before us. I was offered no refund or discount, I will never come here again. Then the food was cold.

I love Dunkin don't get me wrong. But every time I come here I wait 20min for no reason. There's are at least 3 or 4 employees in the store a 7:40am. I ordered a single normal hot black coffee and waited 20min for it??? The last few times I've come here I've waited 30+min because I had food in my order. The food and drink is fine but come with extra time

It wasn’t busy when I got there but service was pretty slow for the amount of staff that was there. Placed an order for a half dozen donuts and took almost 15 minutes to get order. Staff was super nice. A group of guys that came in while my group was waiting they got their cooked food while I waited for my donuts. We placed our order separate.

Although they are often out of whatever I order, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Namely, the outgoing young man with the braids (I believe his name was nate?) that was handing out the mobile orders last few times I was in. He deserves a raise, always calling customers by name and telling each and every one to have a good day, even when many were snobby and rude. The manager with the long black hair was very kind to her fellow employees. Staff is happy to accommodate any substitutions for orders that contained an ingredient they were out of. I always noticed at least one member of staff was cleaning something each time I have visited. Hopefully they get more frequent shipments of the ingredients they have been missing. If it weren't for the staff being so nice, this would be a 2 star review.

Whatever you do, do not go to this dunkin.' Donuts. It took me forty five minutes to get my order. I could have gotten my car and driven to a different location. Got my order and driven back to this Dunkin' Donuts. Before they had my simple game, donut and coffee ready for me.

Walked in and was told I couldn’t pay in cash because her registers were locked and I had to yss the self help kiosk. Proceeded to make my latte with the wrong syrup and wrong milk. Did not get oat milk and I’m severely lactose intolerant. Tried to send me away without my food because she forgot yet I was the only person in that building. Actually embarrassing for them.

Can't listen and can't be respectful and mess my drink up which I came back to fix just poured the hot coffee into ice coffee instead of remaking like they are supposed to watered down before I could drive off don't work if you are gonna flunk out first thing in the morning
