That's exactly where I won't be going back. I ordered two croissants through the DoorDash app and noted that I would pick them up myself. Thirty minutes later, I arrived to pick up my order. The guy there saw my order, took some items without gloves from somewhere, put them in a bag and gave it to me. I told him that it wasn't mine, and he asked me if I was the delivery driver. He said there were no croissants... I don't even know what to say, I'm in shock from the whole situation.

They literally didn't know how to make a chai latte and I had to Google it for them and walk them through the steps. The staff gave me attitude and argued with me about what is ON DUNKINS OWN WEBSITE!!! Honestly the worst Dunkin I've ever been to.

They serve food they've dropped on the floor,.... dropped the bag of munchkins on the floor then proceeded to pick it up and put on counter for me to take. The floor wasn't that clean.

This locations Sucks whith a capital S! I completed stopped going to the location because it the slackest iv seen. I once went in and the coffee had never been made. They are never up and running at whats supposed to be opening time

Dunkin’s employees dumped this pile of ice in front of an entrance into the apartments above their business on October 26, 2025. This is extremely unsafe, and given that there is a lot of space around there where they could dump ice without creating such an obviously dangerous situation, it seems almost deliberately malicious. There are 124 apartments trying to live and get in and out of their building safely above this Dunkin Franchise. I don’t know why anyone would do something like this. Luckily, the maintenance staff for the apartments came in after hours to address this hazard as soon is it was brought to their attention.

This is one of the worst Dunkin locations I've been too. They are very slow with making orders. The employees are always yelling at each other, confused or messing up orders. The drinks are 50/50 whether they'll be good or not. Food has been average for Dunkin.

It was a very bad experience, I ordered a sandwich with eggs and cheese, she gave me a sandwich made with borek. When we ate it, she came and told me it was a sandwich made with borek and gave me the worm sandwich I asked for. It was great, as I don't eat borek meat. It's a big mistake, changing people's food and giving it to someone else. This is stupid from an employee, and she needs to be more careful and disciplined. Unfortunately, it was a mistake for me, but it was very financial, because I am a Muslim and it is forbidden to eat such an element. She is an important employee and I don't trust her.

Ordered from this location via grubhub for my mother. They messed up the order 3 TIMES!!! They gave me blueberry when I asked for old fashion and for the coffee to be fresh. The coffee always tastes like hot water. This time, I decided to call ahead and tell them that I wanted what I ordered. Spoke to a seemingly nice woman on the phone and thought everything was golden.
I get the order. Once again, BLUEBERRIES and the coffee was god awful. At this point this location thinks it's a joke because this is ridiculous. I decided to call back and talk to the manager. All she did was deflect blame and hung up on me!
