It was a very bad experience, I ordered a sandwich with eggs and cheese, she gave me a sandwich made with borek. When we ate it, she came and told me it was a sandwich made with borek and gave me the worm sandwich I asked for. It was great, as I don't eat borek meat. It's a big mistake, changing people's food and giving it to someone else. This is stupid from an employee, and she needs to be more careful and disciplined. Unfortunately, it was a mistake for me, but it was very financial, because I am a Muslim and it is forbidden to eat such an element. She is an important employee and I don't trust her.

Ordered from this location via grubhub for my mother. They messed up the order 3 TIMES!!! They gave me blueberry when I asked for old fashion and for the coffee to be fresh. The coffee always tastes like hot water. This time, I decided to call ahead and tell them that I wanted what I ordered. Spoke to a seemingly nice woman on the phone and thought everything was golden.
I get the order. Once again, BLUEBERRIES and the coffee was god awful. At this point this location thinks it's a joke because this is ridiculous. I decided to call back and talk to the manager. All she did was deflect blame and hung up on me!

the staff made some girls order wrong and when she asked them for her correct order, they began bullying and heckling her. personally i won’t be coming back and i’m just going to starbucks because i would hate for it to be me who gets treated like that

The staff was honestly the rudest I have seen at ANY establishment. I asked for an iced coffee with only two creams in it, and they tried handing me a cup with mostly milk and ice in it. Considering it way way more cream than I wanted, I asked for them to just dump a little out and put more iced coffee in it, to which they dumped half of it out and filled it with water. I tried calling and telling them but they were rude, confrontational, and refused to pick up the phone after hanging up in my face despite me being courteous and communicative. So, I had to walk back there and ask for the manager to remake the coffee and she was nice, but all of the employees were talking loudly and obnoxiously about how ridiculous it is that they have to remake a coffee that they intentionally sabatoged. I had to listen to them crap talking me for like five minutes which is NEVER okay. I intend on reporting this incident to corporate because everyone involved should be terminated.

This is a nice Dunkin. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. I walked into here and ordered on the mobile app, but my Mastercard gift card didn’t work, so I ordered at the counter instead, which did work. I got a Boston Kreme donut, which tasted good and had quite delicious chocolate frosting on top, and a small decaf iced coffee with lava cake syrup inside. While I didn’t taste much of the lava cake, the coffee was still quite good. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get the coffee with no ice inside, but that’s okay. After finishing my drink and donut I left, satisfied either my experience. I gave this Dunkin five stars because it has tasty donuts, refreshing coffee, and plenty of space inside to sit down and get some work done on some comfy seats.
Parking: This Dunkin is next to a parking lot for an apartment complex, so you can briefly park there to pick up your order, but you can’t leave your car there while you eat inside.
