I do not know what happened. I stopped giving surveys to this location. The new manager needs to know what hygiene is. Oh yeah, and wearing the same gloves after touching raw meat, then touching everything else without changing his gloves. It is disgusting. I did love coming here almost every morning since last fall. Up until now. Now... I can't come back. :-(

I was standing there for about 3 minutes while they stacked cups and talked on the phone, before anyone even said hello. They saw me they just didn’t feel the need to speak even though I was a customer. They didn’t have cinnamon donuts. Disappointing experience at this location. I love dunkin but probably won’t go to this location again. Customer service isn’t the best.

Stopped in here after the OSU Spring game. Speaking briefly, the area was surprisingly clean being just off campus (let's face it, we have expectations for college town venues).We ordered problem free at the kiosk. They were out of donuts, but to the employees credit, they did have signs at the kiosk noting that. We only wanted coffee anyhow.We got 2 good coffee about 5 minutes later. I used the restroom, and found them in very acceptable condition.Employees were polite as they needed to be doling out coffee. I wouldn't hesitate to return next time we come to Columbus.

This Dunkin has completely turned around since last year and before. I tried going to others but this drew to me. The manager there is so kind the crew is so fast uplifting and work hard to make sure we are happy and get our coffees and donuts and delicious snacks on time. Not sure who has been baking the donuts the last couple of months. They have been SO much better than it ever has. The crew is better kinder and the store is wayyyy cleaner! I lll keep coming back!

In addition to getting your order wrong, like forgetting things that you order, they add the perfect amount of bacon, and by perfect I mean almost none.
Excellent service manager is very kind running around taking care of guests. Food back in forth. I do not know how she does it. But she's very good at it! Management has become much better than it was four months ago and the stores become much cleaner.
I actually dont think they've ever made my drink correctly in the 4 years I've been to school here.

YOGESH THE OWNER IS AWARE OF THE SITUATION AND ALLOW it to happen Namma been teaming up with other coworkers to mistreat and belittle me. Mylein tull being one of them. When I overheard them speaking poorly of me for the 100th time I decided to stand up for myself and they used their power to call the police to control me. From speaking out on how I’m being treated. And they used my race to mute me by speaking. Calling me the n word and everything else in the book. Coming here you condone their behavior. No one is safe here. They will talk to you crazy and use their power to control you. There are guns on the premises and if Namma can’t do it she has her husband bring a gun and control people on the property. Mylein Tull, Daylyn Adams, Jenna ring and Rohan are apart of this click. Be cautious when coming here especially if you are anything but white. OH SHE LEFT OUT HOW SHE STAY CLOCKED IN TO GET HER HEART MEDS AND NEVER STAY HER FULL SHIFT
