Loved Dunkin' Donuts as a child. Bought a couple dozen donuts there today and the field Donuts was ridiculous they were not filled like they should be wasn't even one bite of filling. The donuts were still and not soft at all. Called was sent to vm. Left message. Remaining donuts will go in trash.

I genuinely wish I had something positive to say about this Dunkin’, but after multiple visits, the experience has been consistently disappointing. I understand this location isn’t in the most up-and-coming area, but unfortunately the service reflects that in the worst ways possible.

Each time I order something as simple as oat milk instead of regular milk, it becomes an ordeal. Today was the final straw. I politely confirmed at the window that my drink had been made with oat milk; the employee asked the person preparing it, who immediately said “yeah, it’s oat milk,” without even checking. The label on the cup clearly stated milk, not oat milk, and the taste confirmed it. Instead of remaking the drink, they handed it to me anyway with whipped cream on top. I had to ask for a fork just to scrape it off myself.

Basic details like including a straw or napkins are somehow consistently overlooked. It’s baffling how a team can struggle with such simple, standard tasks.

I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but the level of incompetence here is genuinely troubling. When customers are paying for something specific, the bare minimum should be accuracy and effort. Sadly, this location continues to deliver neither.

Terrible experience at this location. This employee claiming to be a manager—despite nobody asking— treated me rudely from start to finish—nasty, condescending, and completely lacking basic customer service skills. Whoever is in charge of hiring here needs to get it together. This is just one of many bad experiences caused by consistently unprofessional staff, and for this reason, after years of coming here, I will no longer patronize this establishment.

The new staff is so awful. I came through and scanned my free drink and then realized it was for a free coffee, not a signature latte but they refused to give me my free drink. They said the points wouldn’t go back to my account and I asked so what if they don’t because I knew they wouldn’t she said to come back. Went back after calling and being told I could get it and the rude manager told me he wasn’t giving me a free drink.

Went in today to grab a coffee before the holiday with family and was greeted with a very rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful representation of management.

Its an absolute shame when people are placed in positions of authority and feel as though this warrants them to disrespect others and project their internal animosity onto others.

To elaborate, this man had a headphone device on and was nearly 10 foot away from me talking and because I thought he was taking an order from the drive thru and being considerate, he lashes out on me and says I'm not going to ask you for your order again lol.

Well, today he was met with someone who don't tolerate this behavior and he needs to understand no one should or will going forward.

Next time, to ensure he is successful and representing the brand correctly, have him greet a customer in person so they're aware he is directing his words to them, and then perhaps politely ask them what they're ordering.

That may work better.

I would give a 0 star review if possible.

Step it up Dunkin, there are great people craving for work that can do a much better job than this.

Accountability is imperative, and its not a customers fault this manager is angry and miserable with his self.

I trust you will correct the behavior.

Food is okay when they remember everything in the order, service is okay, but the Manager is a JERK. Very expensive for what you get!

I was excited to see there was no line in the drive thru today. I rarely drive past this location but had extra time and went out of my way to get there before work on 9/16 6am. I work in HR and always looking for talent. The window woman working the window had less personality than a door knob and was just so rude. I was surprised how I was treated. When she got the food from the person...she scrunched the top of the bag, didn't even look at me with attention back inward and stuck the back out the window without looking. I said thank you and have a nice day. She then turned looked at me expressionless and shut the window. 🤔Maybe she was the reason there was no line. No one wants to deal that sort of treatment to start out there day. Dunkin...from an HR standpoint, I'd encourage moving her off the window or counter. Her personality is suited more for non public contact...or just cut her loose.
