Extremely dirty place. Unbelievably slow service. I had to wait here for Mechanic to come fix my car and ordered a large black coffee and I was finished with it and wanted another one so I googled whether or not they had refills and it says that they do but with the purchase of a doughnut. So I went up to purchase a breakfast sandwich which is more expensive than a donut to get a refill, but they denied me a refill and said they don't get refills.

I went to the location on West broad next to the bank to pick up my order I made online when I got there I was being told that I didn't have an order even though on my phone I had a receipt the man said he was a manager and was telling us to go away that we were lying he ended up yelling at us telling us to leave we decided to park my boyfriend got out and went inside and it took 30 minutes to get them to realize that they already made our order they just didn't even know where they shot it at and was calling us liars they didn't even apologize for it I will never go there again the manager needs to be fired

They have a lot of creepy workers, very un attractive women who come out and harass car meet members in the next parking lot, while they should be working.
Parking: Parking lot is huge just behind this business, car meets have been going on here long before this business existed.
