The worst dunkin in the state of ohio. Staff are rude, argumentative, cursing and yelling in Spanish, refused to refund my money initially but I had to return the messed up food 4 times and demand to soak to a manager and these 2 females told me they're want one! She basically tried to steal my money with no product. Ridiculousness. Making threats to myself and my husband had to come in and intervene. These 2 even told me they can't make frozen coffees with almond milk for individuals with milk allergies. If give this place zero stars if that was an option. I've contacted the current owners and they haven't reasoned, so I also contact the board if health because she was making raw bacon on the same table as cooked bagels without cleaning it. Never again!

Maybe I was raised different but I went in because they forgot a portion of my food through the drive through . I said good morning and the Hispanic gentleman there (6/29/25 9:45am) was rude and threw my bagel it was a bad representation of Dunkin’ Donuts .

I used to love this Dunkin until they started serving me half filled drinks. I spend $5 on a matcha and have been getting maybe a little over half for a medium. My husbands iced coffee has no issues. I don’t have this problem at other Dunkin’s usually. The first time I reported it in the app and got my money back. The next time I just took it and left, this time I said something because why am I paying $5 for a half full drink? I explained the issue and asked if I can get it remade and she said “so you want a full drink?” I can’t even explain how baffled I was that she even asked that. Yes, I do want a normal full drink that I paid for. Then she remade it and handed it back and laughed at me and said is that good enough for you? Wouldn’t be surprised if they did something to my drink. I was really nice and explained how this always happens. In no world should you serve half a drink and then have be rude to me. I never complain but this has gotten so bad. See attached photos of what I received. Waste of my money I can’t go to Dunkin if I’m only getting half a cup of what I paid for. Hopefully a manager sees this and can make it right or atleast train your employees better.

not only did they get my order entirely wrong I went inside to fix it and the cashier overdosed in front of us while the manager was in the bathroom. it took three customers to save the cashier needless to say I didn't get my order fixed

On 03/10/2025 @ 5:15 pm I was driving down broad st and my daughter was literally crying for a pink drink. There is no starbucks so I figured I'd pull into dunkins and see if they have a coconut water drink. We'll they did not, she was crying in the backseat and the guy working the window told us to pull up to the window anyways. When I say humanity is still great , it is! This man talked to my daughter and gave her doughnuts !! I was so shocked. After all the crying over a drink she was happy with doughnuts. He had no obligation to do this, he was so kind and literally made my day. I'm so mad at myself for not getting his name, but he said he has a child on the way. This man deserves a raise!! Talk about customer service to the extreme. The kindest most compassionate person so generously making a child's day. I just hope he reads this !! Thank you, thank you, thank you !!
