upon entry there's noticable flies hovering.. they never have half of the products properly stocked.. I ordered 4 drinks the other day and they handed them to me with no cup holder saying they were out for a couple days because they forgot to order.. I always place mobile orders and they say ASAP 10-15 mins it's typically always double that however.. they just seem really scrambled here and forget things in orders frequently based on my experience and the gentleman who came in from drive-thru saying they forgot two of his food items.. I do not recommend this location.. this lAt time through I watched one of the ladies working wipe her snotty nose with her hand and then handle a customers muffin directly after..

I absolutely love the service here! Every time I visit, I’m greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that makes me feel right at home. Britney is truly the sweetest, she always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect and her kindness never goes unnoticed. The coffee here is hands down the best I’ve ever had rich, smooth, and full of flavor. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into every cup. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great coffee and even better service.

I’m leaving a two star review because I don’t wanna be rude or unkind at all. I understand, I was a barista for 3 years so I understand. The issue is just with the listening and time everytime- they never get my drink correctly. A few weeks ago I visited and I mobile ordered. I waited almost 30 minutes, It was a small iced caramel latte. Drive thru orders were coming in and out and when I ordered there was only 1 person in the drive thru (I looked, I was in store) and I waited, then there was two people in the drive thru. Still waited. They all left and got their drinks but I didn’t. It sucked because that day I wanted to treat myself but instead my money is gone 🙁
I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this place really is so slow. Average wait for a latte even if your the only car was like 11 minutes in the drive thru… and when they take your order you will repeat yourself 4 times because it’s something simple but they will keep asking you what you had again. Sorry but people have places to be. It could be certain staff not sure but I hope the management gets it in order. I know it can be hard finding consistent hard workers but they’re out there. If anything Tim Hortons on bethel/olentangy is good and fast!

I am a daily customer of the bethel road Dunkin’ Donuts and I order a refresher daily. I always ask for my guava concentrate on the side bc it’s too sweet. Today the manager said they can no longer separate the drink for me. I left and will not be returning. The customer service at this location continues to be poor, long waits, messed up orders and rude staff. Please fix the problems so other customers can have a better experience

This is the worst Dunkin location, go to a different one. They never get my order right, and on the off chance they do, it takes FOREVER because they’re so short staffed. Not their fault, corporate needs to step in and help.

Quart and quin made my night. Although I went in 20 minutes prior to closing, they were still so delighted to take my order and help me choose what I wanted. ( i’m not a coffee drinker more or less I like flavor more than coffee) Quin and I also had a nice conversation about Store competitions. I definitely will be going back , couldn’t fill out a survey so I decided to leave a review. I hope they see this.

I’m really disappointed with the service and quality at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. I specifically asked for chocolate donuts and a hot chocolate with 2 sugars at the drive-thru. Instead, I was given a completely different donut, and the hot chocolate tasted like flavored water with barely any chocolate or sweetness. I don’t understand how instructions that clear can be ignored.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time. On a previous visit, I ordered a chocolate milkshake and it was completely tasteless. I come to Dunkin’ regularly and usually enjoy their products, but this particular store consistently gets my orders wrong and the taste is just not up to standard compared to other locations. It’s frustrating to spend money and leave disappointed every time.
Management really needs to train their staff better and make sure they’re listening carefully to customers. I’m seriously reconsidering coming back to this location.

The drive thru is not good. The workers seem like they don't know what they're doing. The last time I went through I was handed items covered with something very sticky. Maybe the workers need better training.
I placed my order 15 minutes before arriving, expecting it to be ready. Instead, I was trapped in the drive-through line for 25 more minutes with no way to exit. That’s 40 minutes total for something that should’ve taken five. The issue wasn’t complicated—it was poor staffing. Only a couple of people were working during a busy period, and the line barely moved.
Time is valuable, and this experience was a complete waste of mine. Do NOT use the drive-through at this location. It’s not worth it.
