Came in for a donut, they did not have enough cash on premise to break $100 bill. Not sure how you run a business with less than $100 of cash on site.

I had an amazing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts thanks to Safia and Qurat! They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to remake a drink that another location had completely messed up. Both were so friendly and made sure I left happy. Excellent customer service like this deserves recognition—thank you, Safia and Qurat! I’ll definitely be back! 😊☕💜

The absolute worst Dunkin I have been to. 2/21/2025 around 2:30pm-3pm there were two cars ahead of us that seemed they wanted one or two items, but the cashier took forever to help them. The location was not busy at all. Fast forward to our car and a lady with quite a huge attitude got us. My boyfriend told her what we wanted, Sabrina’s brown sugar espresso drink light ice and large, an iced lemon loaf, and a Pepsi zero. He went to tell her what size drink he wanted and she laughs at him and says they’re only bottled. Every time he would tell her what we wanted she would basically say “is that it?!” In a rude matter not even repeating the order back or giving a total. Fast forward to us being at the window and another lady got us and told us our total. We paid she handed out the coffee and said have a great day and walked away. We grabbed her attention and asked about the Pepsi zero, and she replied that they do not carry that. Okay? Why didn’t the chick with the attitude tell us that? My boyfriend replied with just asking for a Pepsi and she handed us it and tried to leave again. We asked about the lemon loaf and she looked confused. We asked if Miss attitude even rang up the other two things and the nice woman replied that Miss moody did not. We basically told her to just forget it. Honestly, if you hate your job just leave. I get people have bad days, but we literally did nothing to you. This is the absolute worst Dunkin I have ever been to, and I’ve only ever been to 3 in my life. Save your money and go to Starbucks, might be more expensive but at least they’ll get your order right and not be so rude!

I ordered a bagel with butter on the side and a large cup on ice. When I got to the window , I was told they put butter on my bagel because the person making it didn’t want to go to the cooler to get butter packets. I asked for it to be remade since I asked for it on the side. The drive thru employee started to ask the employee who was making the bagels and that employee started yelling about how I am wasting her time and holding up her drive thru. When I received my food from the employee who was yelling she practically threw it through the window and continued to yell and complain about me because I asked for my large cup of ice. I did not receive a large, I was given a medium at that point and got the window slammed in my face.
This is not the first rude experience I’ve had there but I try to give people benefits of the doubt but this was just gross behavior by the employee for something that shouldn’t of even been an issue.

I used to go to Bethel road Dunkin every single day. I have horrible experiences every-time I order from here. I now only go once every few months in hopes that it will be a good day for them. Nope. Never is. My coffee has no cream, no vanilla, no sugar, no English muffins, they forget the cheese on my sandwich, they give me the wrong bread, no napkins, no straw, etc….. And I am not one to complain but when I order the same thing for 5 years now, it gets frustrating when it’s over and over again. And when I politely ask for it to be fixed, you get attitude, rudeness or just complete silence from the team. I tried again today, and once again complete disaster. Will not come back to this Dunkin or probably any other Dunkin ever again, they ruined my one simple pleasure of the day!

Put in a mobile order, went to pick it up, was told to pull to the front of the store so they could bring it out to my car. Waited 30 plus minutes before I went inside and was yelled at by the staff, never received my order. Never going to a Dunkin again. The worst service ever.

went inside, ordered an order of hash browns and my friends ordered some food as well. waited OVER 30 minutes for our food, finally went up and asked for an update and they said “what food?” how does it take 30 minutes to heat up one order of hash browns?? how do you forget that we had food when you’re the one who took our order?? we should’ve been offered a gift card or refund because it was honestly such a waste of time. do not come to this dunkin! hope the manager is reading this- pink haired girl and girl with braces actually don’t care about customer service at all.

Service here is very poor. They will "lose" mobile orders and tell you that they never received it and catch and attitude when you try and show them what you ordered on the app. It's a shame this is the Dunkin closest to where I live because quite frankly I'd rather drive an extra 10-15 than ever come back to this location again.

I continue to have horrible experiences at this location. It's the only one on my way to work, so I attempt to eat eat every 6 months or so. Today was full of issues. It was not busy inside or out, so that isn't an excuse either.

The staff could barely be understood because they spoke so quietly and not at me. My sandwich was supposed to be on an everything bagel but they gave me a regular bagel. The bagel itself was severely burned to the point I had to stop eating it. One of my frosted donuts had smeared/missing frosting that the owner went out of his way to give me despite the rest of the full tray being perfectly presentable donuts. I was not given a receipt so I couldn't even call about it or leave feedback officially. I was not given napkins in the bag and the dispenser in the lobby was empty. I keep some in the car for times like this and was in a rush so I just took my food and left rather than have to wait for napkins.

Overall bad service and attention to detail. Once again, this location is just horribly run compared to others (specifically, the 2 in Gahanna were flawless for many years of me going multiple times a week).

Oh! I just found the order sticker on the bag and they also charged me to "eat in" even though I was asked if it was to go. At this point a refund isn't even good enough.

**Just went to eat my donuts finally and the glazed donut looks like there has been a bite taken out of it. The owner jumped in to get my donuts and I feel like this was specifically targeted at me now. What a waste - I won't even try to eat these.

drove 15 mins for croissants to be COLD. Not even warm.. cheese was not melted at all and egg was luke warm. sausage was completely cold like they forgot to even put it on til last minute. smh

The lady working on 11/19/24 at 12:30 pm was really rude. She refused to look at my online order and said they never received it. She said that I should get my refund from online. Refused to even honor the fact that I had proof and ignored me by taking a new order from someone else. She rolled her eyes at me and made a funny face at me, then told me to go she can’t help me. This is the second time they did something like this, last time they told me to pull around and they will bring it out. They never came out so I went inside and they said they acted surprised that I had an order. I asked for a refund because at they didn’t even have the ice cream that I wanted. They won’t get a third time that’s for sure. Never going back there!
