I ordered a medium vanilla iced coffee it was perfect and they made it exactly how I asked and I ordered two donuts which where amazing the staff was helpful and friendly the maple vanilla cream donut is my absolute favorite I hope they never get rid of it the maple and the cream are the perfect blend for a donut it really goes well together I love that baskin robbins is apart of dunkin donuts too because I can always go back later in the day and get my chocolate milk shake š thank you for my great service and a great experience

I really appreciate this Dunkin location specifically because of the friendly staff and freshly prepared food and drinks. I have been coming here for over a year around 2-3 times per week and the staff is always welcoming and professional, which is what I appreciate the most. Unfortunately, you don't receive this type of service in fast food often nowadays. There is a particular gentleman that is working the drive thru window in the mornings that is always extremely kind and friendly and makes me feel welcome to visit this establishment. Keep up the great work, Dunkin! I will continue to visit this location.

Short Review: donāt ever go inside, just use the drive thru!
Full review: I havenāt been to this location in years. I made the mistake of going inside so my child could see and pick out a donut. There was a customer already in line and the drive thru was busy. The 1st customer received hear order and left. Then a door dash guy came in. I told him to go ahead since my child had just changed their mind. After he got the door dash order I waited at the counter. 1 guy was dedicated to taking drive thru orders. 2 other guys were making drinks and taking trash out. The 1 female employee had helped the other 2 customers but went to get something in the back. Another Door dash guy came in and was waiting behind me. I made eye contact with 2 of the guys who just ignored me. After maybe 2 minutes they asked the door dasher if her was picking up and gave him and order. I decided to leave and went thru drive thru. Normally I would just leave due to them completely ignoring me but my child was with me so the drive thru took about 30 seconds.

I absolutely love dunkin' donuts but let me tell you what the service you receive at this dunkin' donuts is immaculate. The man who took my order was so thorough and kind. Him and the other workers were proud to do their jobs. The food was perfect the order was correct and everything was super yummy. I've been coming to this donut since I was three years old, 17 and pregnant I worked at this dunkin' donuts. I do not discriminate and I just think they deserve all the five stars they can get.

Horrible! Please work on customer service. Flies in donut case. Workers holding up their sagging pants with one hand. Wait time for a small coffee was around 20 minutes. Will not return.

No workers inside. Drive through line was extremely long. I was told there wasn't anyone working the front counter. I'm not planning on returning. The young gentleman could have help me but I guess drive through service is more important. I actually tip too.

After standing in line for 5 mins and hearing he employees use fool language and call customers stupid, I was told the lobby was closed and I need to get in my car and use the driveway. First time I have ever felt like someone was going to spit in my food. I called corporate but we all know nothing will get fixed.

This DnD is the best ā¤ļø Not all DnD's are equal. Just yesterday morning, I was in downtown Columbus. I had to throw out my coffee it was so bitter, sugar did not help, almond milk was rotten. Love the Grandville-Dub locationā¤ļø Thanks to them for consistent coffee?
