Extremely disappointed for my first experience with Dunkin donuts…the gentleman at the window was kind but they had not one guest inside and I was the only car in the drive thru and it took 10 min AFTER I paid to get my items…it was so slow that I almost cancelled my order completely because It made me late for work.. I had to get an extra cup of ice because it was practically all melted when I received my drink and it was watered down/condensation on the outside of the cup (they let it sit while ‘’preparing” my sandwich 🫣. They were out of the cereal milk drink I wanted to try so I got a macchiato 😩 my sandwich looked like someone accidentally sat on it and it or literally stepped on it it was so flat and just mushy.
Im willing to give it one more shot purely because it’s recommended by so many (mostly the coffee) and maybe I just came at the wrong time.

Was super excited for the Halloween Donuts but was messy the bag that was given to me was messy as well. The girl is just rude everytime i have gone she’s rude idk why she hasn’t been fired. Even witness her walking out on her coworkers last week long busy line he was doing everything. Rude when taking orders!!!! Ruined my mood so early in the morning. Not stopping again .

Love the new fall pumpkin latte delights. Service on Dublin-Grandville Rd location near Parkview Way is still fairly new and could use some training or perhaps the APP pre-order system just slow in that area.

Very clean, decent prices, but the best thing was the staff even though they were very busy they still were very kind and accommodating to us my daughter ordered a avocado toast and they accidentally forgot to put it on the order so they gave it to us for free which was very kind. Would definitely recommend to come 😊

Love this dunkin donuts the workers here are so sweet and friendly and always so helpful and they do a great job they help you when you want to try something new. And customer service is great. Nothing like great customer service very dedicated workers here. Thank you for all you do. I choose this dunkin always. The ladies and gentlemen are so kind.

Worst customer service of any Dunkin in the Columbus area! Their coffee matches the attitude of the staff that was there Mother’s Day morning and almost every time I’ve been there. Disgusting. This location is the one I drive by on my way to work. They can never get the amount of sugar correct in my coffee but I work in a bakery so I add more sugar at work. The customer service here is absolutely awful and I will drive out of my way to go to the location on West Broad Street going forward. Don’t waste your time or your money at this location.
