I got a sausage egg and cheese croissant and it's burnt and the donut was just throw in the bag and when I was picking it up the guy told the girl to throw my food in the car. Will never go back

I always get avocado toast and hash brown. It's usually pretty good. The avocado toast had like all of the avocado on one side and the other side barely had anything on it. I just had to take a butter knife and move it around. It did taste very good. The hash browns were barely warm, but still tasty. I got a cold foam coffee that was delicious. The line moved a lot slower than usual at the drive-thru.

The fact that it’s only 300ft from my home, yet I have to go Morse Rd. Dunkin to get better service in with my food in my hand in 5 minutes is just pitiful. I have held things back for 3 years now. I used to just do drive thru and sometimes they would be so rude. So I started coming in. Some of the employees are really nice. Others will not greet you just let you stand there while they run around frantically catering to the drive thru. I have walked out multiple times with them taking my order or even saying anything. As someone that has had vast experience in customer service and Lean Six Sigma just by observing, they really need to get it together. Their price points are way too expensive for the customer service to be lacking. Looking from a business standpoint I know they’re loosing money. That’s too bad.

I place an order through the app and my card is charged twice. The order never comes through at the restaurant so they tell me to wait for it to come through. After TWENTY MINUTES they tell me they cannot do anything to help me because it is busy and no one besides the one woman taking orders at the front even came to assist or see what the situation was. I called customer service only to be told they cannot see the order either and they want me to call back in an hour.Never again am I returning to this place, I have had some type of issue whether it be the sandwich being cold to the drink not being what I asked for to now this in 4 of my 5 visits to this company no matter the location.Absolutely ridiculous. I just wanted a muffin, a donut and my "free" cookie butter cold brew. I have to wait at least an hour and a half for any service after being charged twice.

I’ve never felt so eager to post a bad review. I used to work at Dunkin and I absolutely loved it. This Dunkin is horrible. There has been multiple incidents and now after the 5th one I’m writing a review. You get up to the window and they rush you to order stating because they are timed. Never get your order correct. Ordered an ice coffee with less sugar. I get up and asked for liquid sugar, they state I should have said that. When I worked there - watching Dunkin videos, Ice coffee always got liquid sugar unless requested differently. Then proceeds to add liquid sugar on top instead of remaking my drink.. as the manager is standing there and repeats to me next time say it at the window. My drink it’s too sweet to drink and my sandwich was incorrect as I had to get back to work. Very disappointed, especially from someone who truly vouches for Dunkin.

Could understand any of the workers, specially at the drive thru window. Rude when I asked questions. Donuts are not even good. The pumpkin coffee was ok, but I'm not going back for more.
