They weren’t open when I showed up even though the website said they were open. I even pulled up at 440 and the machine said they open at 4. Typically this is my go to place for coffee but today they just dropped the ball.
I count 8 people working. There's no one in line. One person is working on an order for the person (1 dozen donuts) before me who already paid. I've been told "one minute" 5 times. No lie. People have walked past me standing at the register, including the manager who was talking into her headset and being pretty rude to whoever she was speaking to, multiple times. All I want is a coffee. A hot, coffee flavored coffee. Horrible service.
Horrible customer service. The Indian lady is rude and I would avoid this dunkin donut if I were you.
