04/02/2025 - First time visiting this Dunkin’ for some breakfast and decided to order to go inside. Between 800 am and 900 am, drive thru is very busy. Inside the restaurant, the service was okay. They do have a kiosk for self order but decided to order with an associate. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, donut, and coffee. I had to wait about 15 minutes because drive thru took precedence over inside ordering. Everything I ordered was fresh and tasted good. Small outdoor eating...
the employees made my morning so much brighter. they were hilarious. and the drive thru attendant making small talk helped me wake up from the sleep i was still in. it helped my morning pepup. thanks a lot for the amazing laughs. i love the staff here. i’ll be back just for them
Can't say anything about the atmosphere I did not go in. The trick might be to go in not use the drive-thru. If you go there have time on your hands. They are extremely busy and only human. And I can imagine some of the orders that people are bringing to the drive-thru. There might be a need for one to be built a block away! My old lady said the cold coffee was very well mixed!
