I'm not sure what all of the negative reviews are about. I visit this Dunkin' almost every day and the service, food, and ambience are always spot on. My order is always consistent and completed in a timely manner. The employees are very polite and helpful as well. They have helped me use the kiosk, use my rewards point, and even helped me when I placed my order at the wrong location.
04/02/2025 - First time visiting this Dunkin’ for some breakfast and decided to order to go inside. Between 800 am and 900 am, drive thru is very busy. Inside the restaurant, the service was okay. They do have a kiosk for self order but decided to order with an associate. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, donut, and coffee. I had to wait about 15 minutes because drive thru took precedence over inside ordering. Everything I ordered was fresh and tasted good. Small outdoor eating...
the employees made my morning so much brighter. they were hilarious. and the drive thru attendant making small talk helped me wake up from the sleep i was still in. it helped my morning pepup. thanks a lot for the amazing laughs. i love the staff here. i’ll be back just for them
