I love Dystopian Food Truck (aka Tofu Louie). You can currently find them at Clintonville Natural Foods, popups, etc. He has such unique dishes from Asian Fusion bowls, vegan spam, American burgers, sushi, etc. He's known for is revolutionary gluten - free oat meat which he males great burgers from and his signature mexi melts. Prices are reasonable, and they have good portion sizes.

Best vegan food truck in town! The bbq burger is to die for and comes with fresh made vegan dorito chips. The mexmelt and chimichanga are delicious, everything on the menu is really good! Completely plant based and they don’t compromise on flavor whatsoever.
