I called them and ordered a large pizza and left an 8 dollar tip ahead of time. He seemed excited about the tip and he said it would be there in an hour. It got here in an hour and 40 minutes. I got annoyed. I called to make sure they had gotten my order. He was indignant that I would mention the fact that they were 40 minutes late. When the driver got here I just said,"It's 40 minutes late." He responded,"We're a small business, dude," like I should be happy to get it whenever I get it. I wasn't rude, all I said was that it was 40 minutes late and I got that response. I'll be getting pizza elsewhere next time.

I live across the street and order it regularly. This pizza is absolutely TNT. Itās always consistent, always flawless with quality. They sell out often, so keep that in mind if youāre wanting to pick one up for dinner. I get a 14ā pep with garlic cheesy bread for the same price as a lackluster masseys pizza thatās next door.

Saw this place on one bite pizza reviews so I figured I would give it a try I was super happy closest to a NY pie that I have had in Columbus. The people inside were super nice he brought it out to my car cause I had my doggo outside we sat and had some right there while it was ?. Then I ate the rest cold for dinner and it was still delish.

This is by far the very best New York style pizza in Columbus. Unfortunately they are often closed when the website hours indicate they are open. It's very frustrating.
East Coast has been one of the best pizza experiences Iāve had in recent years. The customer service is absolutely outstanding, my order pizza was made in a timely manner and you can really tell these guys put their heart and soul into the food. I even got to talk to the owner about his experience running this place, truly awe inspiring. Definitely recommend 10/10.

This is the best pizza in Columbus but they have the most inconsistent hours. Theyāve now been closed the last four times Iāve tried to order within their online listed business hours. As I said, best pizza in Columbus but I canāt give 5 stars if theyāre virtually never open or donāt communicate their closures accordingly.

Eating at this place is like when the food critic in Ratatouille ate ratatouille because every time I eat it it takes me back to when I first tried it. This is continuously my number one pizza spot because the pizzas always have a perfect crust-to-cheese-to-sauce ratio and all of the flavors are spectacular. Today was the first time I tried a subā¦ how in the world did they manage to make my now number-one cheesesteak? Is there anything they canāt do? I now have to keep coming back to try the rest of their food. The service is also always super great and it feels like a bunch of best friends working inside. I canāt recommend them highly enough.
