I left my Invisalign in the restaurant after closing and they let me get it off the table! :) yay
It used to be a great place with delicious food but lately I’ve been ripped off about $125 dollars of my money. My last four orders were not eastern bay that I know and love it’s disappointing because on my 49 th birthday I had my whole family there. I don’t suggest that anyone patronize this restaurant the previous owners must have sold it to some inexperienced restaurant owners. It’s more like a slop house definitely a rip off.

I don’t understand the negative comments. This was my first time trying Eastern Bay on a late Sunday after working in the area all day and it was WONDERFUL. People complaining about slow service are laughable. My first thought after ordering was how hard the lady in charge was working. Going back and fourth to check on the kitchen, taking calls, making drinks and managing pickup orders. I will be be back for sure. Thanks Eastern Bay!
Waited an hour and a half for our food. Food was good but not worth the cost or wait.
Please don’t come to this disgusting place. The attitude, poor sense of urgency & horrible customer service is an understatement of my experience here….if I could rate lower I would respectfully.
Horrible experience. They upcharge $2 for 1 teaspoon of peanuts, which should be on the item to begin with. It’s part of wor su gai!!! Then when I asked about it, the manager wanted to argue with me. The food isn’t great . Very substandard food and service. I would NOT recommend eating there!

Disappointed!
Ask for the authentic Chinese menu. It’s bilingual. I would recommend the cumin lamb and the stir fried Chinese cabbage. Service was good and the food was amazing. No wait
Awesome staff, hot food and quiet place to enjoy a meal
War so guy was to heavily coated and the chicken was tough.
Gen soo, was also of poor quality, chicken was tough and had pieces of bone in the meat.
Overall very disappointing. Won't go back.
