I thank the doctors for their work in caring for us, but the front-desk service is deplorable. They have a bad attitude and are rude, especially with our Latino community. Because they think you don't speak English. This only underscores their lack of professionalism. I've been to these clinics for many years, and I can see that it's declining. It's unfortunate that we have to endure these situations in a family hospital.
Absolutely do NOT recommend this location. Terrible service, and the staff clearly does not care about parents’ needs. They refuse to assist with the MyChart portal, which is supposed to help parents manage healthcare efficiently. Initially, they claimed they could send forms through MyChart (which I’ve successfully used before), yet now they say they can’t—completely contradicting previous experiences. From day one, the service has been awful. Calling them is a struggle, and when you visit in person, 90% of the staff is too busy socializing instead of helping patients. When you approach them, they give you dirty looks, as if you’re inconveniencing them by asking them to do their job. Sorry for expecting basic professionalism. This isn’t an issue at other locations—only this one. Every other facility I’ve visited has been kind and helpful. Eastland Primary Care Center (2599 S. Hamilton Rd, Columbus, OH 43232) should not even be considered part of a nationwide network with service this bad. Had no choice but to transfer the service to another provider which suck due to the fact that other locations have been very kind and helpful.
I haven’t actually been into this place. I had scheduled an appointment for my kid and bc we moved I was changing the location to somewhere closer. I didn’t get a confirmation text with the time so I called just to verify the time. After it rang for the longest time a lady answered and when I tried speaking she kept cutting me off saying she couldn’t hear me. Sounded like a piece of paper was being waded up or crinkled to create a static sound. But she always managed to cut me off to say she couldn’t hear me how would you know I was speaking if you couldn’t hear me? So I frustratedly hung up and called back. Someone answered the phone and could hear me just fine. Shocker. When I asked just to verify the time she asked if it was for today I said yes I have 2:30 but I didn’t get a confirmation I just want to double check. she said what’s the name told her and she immediately says yes it’s 2:30. Girl did you even look it up. I didn’t think anything of it because I was just relieved to have an answer but when I reflected I stead like I barely got the kids name out my mouth and she saying yes that’s the appointment time. She didn’t even ask date of birth or outpatient code none of that. She didn’t even ask who I was. This place must got some issues so I’m gonna take my L and drive the extra mileage to make sure my kid go to a good Dr.

I love Dr. Swanson. My kids been going to see her since my youngest was born. She always have a pleasant smile on her face and we are so grateful for her as our doctor.
I think Dr. Swanson is great! I’m happy I switched my toddler over to her care. Thank you for everything !
I took my child here on Tuesday for checkups and they diagnosed the pneumonia today I.e Friday. But I tried to call the registration office to know what was going on they didn’t even respond my call either. Either they should change the phone number or they should change their staff working at the registration.
There so rude!!! Do not goo there the lady’s at the front desk the one at the end she does not treat people nice she always got a face like she is tired of working there and she be looking at people like they discussed her

I just saw a tik tok of this place. Nurse Practitioner Adama nouhou diallo was recorded saying the N word with the hard R. And also telling this family that they need to go back to slavery. This all happened in her place of work. She’s very nasty and inappropriate. No nurse should be taking care of people or treating people with that way of thinking. Disgusting
The female Dr. gave me the wrong medication. I’m in the process of a lawsuit. Please don’t visit this facility.
I called the nurse on staff today at this location because I wanted to discuss a medical issue that is on going/chronic. The baby had an appointment today, Mom took her. I am her grandmother who wanted to give more detail about our experience at home, Mom is young and inexperienced and I was unable to make the appointment, so I called instead to make sure we were taking steps to see what's going on since this is the 3rd appointment that we brought it up and nothing has been addressed as of yet. As I started the conversation she pretended she could not hear me and tried to hang up several times. I told her I can hear her just fine, she made out everything I said except for the baby's name. I was persistent so she eventually could now hear all of sudden, so I proceeded to discuss the issue at hand while being cut off and blown off several times in the conversation. I could never really express all of my concerns because she constantly cut me off mid sentence ? she mentioned after reading some notes the baby gained weight so everything had to be fine. I tried again to get my point across but now I'm frustrated because she won't listen or show any concern. She spoke to me like I was incompetent, and seemed to just want to end the call, in fact it felt like she never wanted to speak to me from the beginning. I assured her no one would keep trying to address an issue if there were no issues or genuine concerns. She then said that she did not like my tone and I could hang up and call back another time. I changed my tone I was never trying to be rude, I just needed for my concerns to be noted and addressed.. No one wants to be treated bad when your calling to discuss health issues. Just because this location is in a not so nice neighborhood and maybe some people she speak to come of rude, or misunderstood does not mean that everyone deserves the treatment she gave me. This woman does not want to be bothered with minorities. In my opinion you need more minorities employed at locations that serve inner city locations such as this one. She ended blowing me off in the end anywways after trying my hardest to communicate with her, at this point I was ok with moving on because I did not want to speak to her anymore she never had my granddaughters best interest at heart. People go through enough to not have to deal with stuff like this at a clinic. I will be helping her mom find a new location and pediatrician. We need our concerns addressed. ?
