Not sure why my previous review was deleted. The drinks are hit or miss. Derek was very rude to our group on 2 separate occasions. Really wanted to love this place!

Had a fun time at a cocktail making class. No pressure and you get to drink what you make 😉 Looking forward to trying another class soon!

Did the bottle your own bourbon tasting and tour experience. It was a fantastic time! The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. I would 10/10 recommend.

Had a wonderful and educational time learning from Derek at the Cocktail Class.. He provided a lot of great information and tips on how to make other drinks as well. We had a great time!

Great spot. Smaller spot but made up for it in phenomenal drinks and the ramen cart was a plus. Got a chance to try some awesome beverages, will definitely be back!

Interesting tour and description of distillation. The bottling device was neat and made a perfect pour. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable of the process.

My wife, adult sons and daughter in law did the distillery tour and bottling. It was fantastic. It was just us 5 so the tour was intimate. Our guide Tom was super as he answered our questions about the industry and Echo Spirits. I would recommend the tour and the bottling to anyone who is looking for a fun activity as a couple, with friends or family. The tour, tasting and bottling lasted about 1 1/2 hours.

Had a great experience at Echo. The "Bottle your own Bourbon" experience was awesome! We had a choice between 2 different barrels with different ages and finishes. Got to sample both whiskeys as you toured their small but mighty facility. Would definitely recommend and look forward to doing it again when barrels are switched out. Thank you Echo!!

Was lucky enough to win a Bottle Your Own Bourbon experience from the Ohio Craft Whiskey Festival at Echo Spirits, and it was well worth the trip. Very transparent about sourcing and the details of their products. Tour is short and abbreviated as space is limited, but they were ready to answer all questions. For someone who is usually skeptical when it comes to finished whiskey, their products they had on the bottler (Honey Finished and Double Oaked) were quite good and a great surprise. A nice space inside, nice staff. Would recommend highly.

We had a wonderful time doing the pour your own bottle tour on Sunday, we had a group of 14 and they were more than accommodating to us! Would definitely return!

We had a fun time at Echo Spirits Distilling Co. the other evening for a tour, tasting, and bottle your own bourbon event.

Echo is a small local distillery in Columbus making Rum and Gin and are now aging their own bourbon, but I’ll til that is ready, they are doing some damn fine blending and finishing of sourced bourbons from around the country.

We tasted a bunch of fine bourbon and even some spirits we’ve never heard of before, like Genever, which was a spirit used before gin came about. It has a taste similar to what a blend of tequila and gin might taste like, but it has zero alcohol burn.

If you’re visiting Columbus, or at just looking for something fun to do on a night out, I highly recommend checking Echo out. The staff was super nice and the facility has a great vibe!
