Great experience overall! We enjoyed the bottle your own bourbon experience, including the tasting, education on the process, and humor. The bartenders were awesome. They have a drink to please any and everyone.

Just went on the distillery tour. It was super fun, chill, and I learned a lot. I would recommend this- we did the full bottling deal. Totally worth it. Jimmy, our tour guide, was a delight.

We have been to Echo Spirits many times but had never done the Bottle Your Own Experience - highly recommend! The tour was great and the bourbon delicious!

We are members of their club membership. We go to the meetings and use the 1 free drink card per month. We just go for the drinks. This last time the owner treated us with arrogance and contempt. The menu has the prices of the bottles next to the pours. I wanted a 2 oz pour. I pointed to the item on the menu and said I'll take the double - meaning the 2 Oz. The bartender took that as a 4 OZ pour which cost $30.00 instead of $15.00. When I looked at the bill it was too much. I asked why. She said I told her I wanted a double of the 2 OZ. Okay my mistake but she offered a refund for only a 2 Oz. I hesitated but excepted her offer. Well after this the owner comes out to ask me what happened and started to make me feel on the defensive. Not a good idea with a customer that just had 5 shots in 30 minutes. Of course I got into it with him but that never should have happened. Why escalate and argument with a repeat customer? They offered the refund and I accepted. Little did I know a verbal beatdown would need to be included. He could of avoided this since I did not ask to speak with him at all. At the meetings he also said that the members should always tip the staff with the free drinks. These are included in the membership so that is our decision not a requirement. It is not a friendly place to spend premium drink prices. Too many other places to go that does not treat customer like this.

Never once, not ever, have we ever messed around. Come thru and see what not messing around looks like.

Not sure why my previous review was deleted. The drinks are hit or miss. Derek was very rude to our group on 2 separate occasions. Really wanted to love this place!

Had a fun time at a cocktail making class. No pressure and you get to drink what you make 😉 Looking forward to trying another class soon!

Did the bottle your own bourbon tasting and tour experience. It was a fantastic time! The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. I would 10/10 recommend.

Had a wonderful and educational time learning from Derek at the Cocktail Class.. He provided a lot of great information and tips on how to make other drinks as well. We had a great time!
