The meal I requested vs. What we got is just sad. My little girl begged for some chicken and my husband and I really didn't want to get any for the day. I called and spoke to the cashier and let him know we've had the same wing special a couple of times and EACH TIME the fries are always cold/old. He assured me over the phone that the fries would be "fresh". Welp, they were all extra brown and not good. It may have gotten over looked if my husband didn't show me the wings they placed in the box. ALL 10 wings were fried sooooo HARD that there was barely any chewable meat and soooo tiny. I've tried this particular spot a few times and most of the times the food is ok, not great but ok, so I manage. Today I couldn't take it anymore and had to leave a review because I finally spoke with an employee that reassured me the food would be "fresh".

The only thing I can give 4-5 stars to is the 1 piece of catfish I ordered.

2stars for service since he did get my order right, but the quality of the food was not good.

3stars for the inside/atmosphere because it's not much to comment about when you walk inside.

Ive been ordering from here for years & i made a comment about my past order of home fries were overcooked. The OWNER decided to get loud after i suggested the cook to “pay more attention” to them. So i will not be going to a business that disrespects its loyal customers.

I am not local so I am still dreaming about the Fried Okra and Catfish I ordered two weeks ago. It was soo yummy. I door dashed and it arrived piping hot and delicious. The fish needed no condiment at all!! So glad I found this restaurant. Thank you for great food!

This place was disappointing. I was so pumped to try their food. The chicken wings were okay. The fish was okay, a-lot of small bones. The eggs were not cooked well and were bland. The grits were watery. My son did not like chicken tenders and fries. We asked them twice not to put the seasoning on our food and we realized they did once we’re got home to eat. My daughter was upset because the seasoning was all over her waffle. Basically I wasted my money that day and I ended up cooking us another meal. The cashier was lacking in customer service. When I asked him a question he just handed me a menu. Definitely would not recommend spending your money here.

Eggs, turkey sausage, and toast were all pretty solid -- I'd eat em' any day. The grits were inedible -- very watery and tasteless. It's definitely a perk to have a place where you can grab breakfast all day, alongside some lunch/dinner options. There's potential.

A manager who is the current cashier and phone service hung up on me due to my complaint. He never apologized for that or for refusing to giving any hot sauce for the almost $30 wings that was purchased. Not even seasonings were given when asked. My family loves that place and usually purchases for me. They always leave a tip and I do too. My mom pick it up for me with my cash this time, but the extremely long 30 minute wait plus the managers arrogance and claiming his name stating his name is “Eddy,” I realized it’s not safe to go there anymore. There was only arrogance and he shouldn’t hold that position if he can’t handle truth or stress from customers. I’ve never been hung up on before. I could understand if a person was cursing or threatening. However, we were talking about hot sauce and seasoning. He tried to make up excusing for negative actions and stated since I refused to hear him I deserved to be hung up on. Sadly, he ignored me and I told he should have listened to due to being a customer. I’m going to defend myself and not allow him to talk down to me. My mom told me everything was about money. I just got out of the hospital and mom told me to calm down and don’t be shocked by the way I was treated. Honestly, with all that’s going on with him perhaps he was overwhelmed, but shouldn’t take it out on customers. The food is not the issue, but he will make it that way.

When ordering through their website they charge tax even when there's no beverage and it's not dine-in, which is illegal in Ohio.

Just ordered chicken and waffles. They forgot to put syrup in my order, so my wife called to ask about it and the worker said so what do you want me to do. Will never order anything from there again.

It took 40 minutes to get my order of uncooked chicken. My child loves this chicken but this is the second time I took him uncooked chicken for lunch.

The food here is usually amazing hands down the best chicken in ohio. If you haven't had eddy's I recommend you try. With a long but.... the service and atmosphere is below satisfactory. The guys taking orders never seem in high spirits always seems bothered to be taking orders. seems like they dont like making money( if the chicken wasn't good I would grant thier wish) the dinning area is small but still good enough for day out. You don't see many dine in customers but me and my daughter had an OK meal. The only reason I would not give 5 stars is for the customer service because you guys do well in all other categories.
