Me an sister had lawyer appointment up in Columbus today . We wanted to grab something to eat close on our way home , cuz we live hour half back. We first pulled up an was like nope, but decided to walk in an have a beer.I will say . Ole saying is don't judge a book by its cover. Cuz the service was amazing place was clean no beer smell ladies that cooked amazing . Have told alot of our day, an will most definitely go back .wish we would have taken pictures of our food . Was very pleased

My wife and I, visited the Eight and Sand for the first time, a few days ago. It's a comfortable, hidden treasure. The atmosphere was reasonably quiet ( for a bar, with great music. The service was excellent, the food was perfect. If you go, I highly recommend the bacon cheeseburger!

Dani is the best chef in town. You want a meal that will feel like home and make you feel good inside? Come eat anything on the menu at Eight and Sand. The environment is wonderful and full of community. This place is a safe haven for foodies and great people.

Went for the first time last night. The atmosphere was fun and Nate the bartender is a sweetheart and not affected at all by the party of 8 of us ordering different drinks and food. And the food is the best I’ve ever had at a bar. We don’t live close by but want this to be our new place

This place may not be the biggest name around. However, they made the best chicken sandwich I have had. The pimento cheese burger was top of the line as well. This is a little corner tavern where the locals visit regularly. This is a must visit place. Next time, I will try the wings.

Fun local bar with delicious food and friendly atmosphere. Smashburger, wings with Carolina gold sauce and the Chili dog can all be highly recommended. This place was a pleasant surprise. We’ll be back !

We are people of color we went here to try it because it was featured on Step Out Columbus. They were not welcoming to us did not greet us or make an effort to take our order. So, we left be aware this establishment is not welcoming of brown people.

Very good food the fried pickles are 10/10
