This store is HIGHLY inconsistent in whether or not they pack your sides and desserts (etc) in your sealed pick up bag if ordering online. Half the time they pack everything, the other half they seal the bag with only your bagel and you have to open it, check the items, and then get the sides yourself or you’ll end up back at work missing half the stuff you paid for. Friendly if somewhat unprofessional employees. Decent speed of service for order ahead.

BEST BAGEL SHOP IVE BEEB TO BY A LONG SHOT. Would absolutely recommend to anybody i know. Size of the bagel was giant and looks like something you would see in a commercial. 100/10 if i could give it more stars i absolutly would!

I needed bagels for a office breakfast. They had a good package deal that included their smear 4 containers of my choosing. I also chose bagel flavors. I was helped immediately and treated well. The bagels were good.

The food is generally good but the drinks and service are hit and miss with mostly misses. The tall white guy should not be making drinks, too sweet, gets an attitude if you ask to have your coffee made a certain way. Put him on another station please.

Einstein is also my favorite breakfast spot it’s closer to downtown and it’s also inside the Huntington building it’s next to pot belly’s I hope I spell them correct sorry but they also got good breaks fast my favorite it their hashbrowns and their sandwich but mostly the hashbrowns :) I enjoy the customer service from them and they are like family to me but I also forgot to mention start keeping ur receipt and do the survey for the store u will get 2 free bagels they are delicious my favorite bagel is cheese hashbrown one it’s awesome please look out for Einsteins finally they came back from a remodel took the construction people to long but IM SO Happpy they backkkkk keep the great work -Winnie hashbrown gurl 🤪 thank you Mary, James, cousin and everyone there working st this location got my breakfast and ready to eat

MARY AND HER TEAM THIS MORNING SAVED MY A** WHEN MY ORDER DIDNT GET SUBMITTED AND THEY FILLED MY LAST MINUTE LARGE ORDER IN RECORD TIME ALLOWING ME TO GET THE ORDER SET UP IN OUR OFFICE FOR A 8AM MEETING! THEY DIDNT EVEN HESITATE EVEN WHEN THEY HAD OTHER ORDERS AND CUSTOMERS IN LINE WAITING TO BE TAKEN CARE OF! THANKS SO MUCH YOU GUYS ROCK!!! MERRY XMAS!!!

Customer service was really poor. Everyone looked miserable and not one person said hello. It was one particular black lady at the register who didnt even acknowledge i was there. Just stood at the register until i paid for my food. Food was good though.
