Not your typical NY style bagel, but they are not so tough and so so delicious! Tender and flavorful, they are hardy enough to hold up as a sandwich bun, but soft enough to not cause whatever you put inside to launch onto the dashboard of your car. Two dozen bagel went to 4 households on Sunday. Everyone was ecstatic to receive them!

I did not appreciate buying my sandwich getting all the way to home take a bite out of it and it was bitter. The Bagel was burned to a crisp it was so bitter. I was so hungry I had a scrape off the the shmear and put my egg, cheese and bacon on a piece of bread. For $8 for breakfast sandwich I shouldn't have to do all that and this is not the first time they've messed up a sandwich for me.

Placed online order at 11:35 doordasher sat at store for 30 min and left order got pushed to 1pm to get give to another customer by accident. Totally incompetent staff

For anyone who may be reading this: On 8/1/2025, my wife and I visited Einstein Bros. Bagels at Sawmill Rd & I-270 and made a purchase. The next morning, we discovered multiple unauthorized transactions on our account. We had not used our card anywhere else until then. On 8/2/2025, I noticed these unknown charges and immediately called the store manager, Nate, to report the issue. However, he insisted the charges couldn’t have come from their location. If you made a purchase at this store on Friday, 8/1/2025, please check your bank accounts for any suspicious transactions.

Ephrim is the best employee at this location. Always full of kindness, enthusiasm and positivity. The food is awesome too especially the jalapeno bagel. Definitely recommend.
