Sorry but who thinks this is an ok pepperoni pizza bagel? Does it even contain pepperoni like I ordered? This is the kind of stuff a child would make at home, not what I would expect from an actual food joint. Especially one who specializes in bagels??? This used to be one of my favorite places to go but clearly not anymore. Truly a shame.
Edit: no it does not contain pepperoni, instead it tastes like more like a basic cheese bagel bite. Severely disappointed.

I love to come here every Saturday for a cheesy hash bagel with jalapeño salsa smear! So delicious every time! I will admit the drive thru is a tad slow I usually wait anywhere from 10-20 minutes, but the food is so delicious every time so that’s okay lol. Also the drive thru workers are always so friendly and efficient!

Every time I’ve been here I’ve had a wonderful experience. We live 1 1/2 hours away, but always stop here on our way to Columbus. Every worker I’ve dealt has gone above and beyond. The 4.2 rating is NOT an accurate representation of this store. They deserve 5 stars!!

This has become our go to breakfast sandwich shop. Sometimes it can be busy (which I think speaks to the quality of the food) but the staff has always been great. I normally order ahead using the app and I'm always greeted with a smile when I pick-up.

Really like the bagels here — we get them every weekend and they’re always fresh and delicious. However, the receptionist named Mellany was not very patient, which made the experience less pleasant. Hope the service improves because the food is great!

Never been more disappointed, this is my first and last time at Einstein bros. I was so rushed even when I wasn’t in line. The food tasted microwaved. I bite into my egg and water comes out. Rude service. You have to be seriously incompetent if you can’t take an order with a good attitude. The only one who Actully used her head was a girl with green hair. Good job Actully putting a smile on your face.
