I like to come here on occasion and Each time I am wonderfully greeted by great staff. The food is always great quality and very tasty! Especially when the Redheaded gentleman is there! He is very good at customer service and has a wonderful cool calm and collected personality.

I wish there was more than one location, but solid bagels and coffee. Also it is on the pricy side for being a chain.
Was in line 5 mins before close. They took someone else’s order then made me sit forever and never came on to take my order and just closed without speaking to anyone. So I waited for 10 mins for nothing

When I lived in AZ, Einstein's was my "go to" place for a good, quick breakfast. I also took their bagel boxes to customers of mine rather than the traditional box of donuts. I also used Einstein's for catering lunch events. I moved back to OH two years ago and glad Einstein's has a store in Dublin. It's a drive for me but their bagels are great, service is excellent, and the staff efficient and friendly. In fact, I've been there three time this week and will be back tomorrow.
