yolanda is a horrible manager, the way she treats her staff is unacceptable. her management style is horrible. if i can give zero stars for service i would.

Tortilla shell was crispy and delicious for the taco salad. Ordered two- one with steak and the other with shrimp/chicken. Both were delicious. The free salsa and chips are a nice starter. I asked for an extra to-go bowl of the salsa, which I thoroughly enjoyed with my leftovers at home. Definitely will be back soon!

The restaurant is beautiful I will give them that we ordered our food everything was great until my husbands food had a bug in it he immediately stopped eating he was only maybe 4 bites in we did let the waitress know she asked if we had the bug and then walked away he sent it back we were still charged. Not to mention his mom got a dish that had crab but was given imitation she was extremely disappointed to say the least we had a party of 5 and none of us were satisfied we will not be returning.

This place is awesome, I got tje Mucho Mucho appetizer with the Seafood Burrito and it was amazing the taste, and portions were on spot although I had to take home sone because I ate 2 bowls of nachos...ooops, the decor and atmosphere was also nice music was playing but not so loud. Our server Saloman, was professional and nice. I will go back here again....this time ill eat less chips!!

Actually came to this restaurant on accident after trying to visit 3 other places that were closed. I'm so glad those other restaurants were closed because this place was phenomenal! Robust menu, large portions, friendly and fast service, and amazing flavors. The seafood enchiladas were SO GOOD, and I appreciated that they had a lot of options beyond the typical menu.

Start out to say the places beautiful inside. We went there for my daughter's birthday, and she loved it. The prices for the seafood are expensive, but it is not the normal Mexican restaurant seafood. So I understand the pricing. In the second part of the menu, where they have the regular Mexican fair, the prices were much more
reasonable. We were there at happy hour, great drink prices. When we got our food, it was way above the standard in the Columbus area. Would definitely go again.

My 1st time eating here tonight. I had the steak quesadillas. It was the best I've ever had! Great flavor and steak was tender! My friend had pork tacos and really liked them too. Refried beans were good too! Staff is friendly and multiple people stopped by to make sure everything was good. I will be back. The only negative thing I didn't care for is when you pay with cash they don't give you your change back. You get the dollar bills only, no coins.

Ayer fuimos al barco de el west & fue una experiencia muy desagradable a mi esposo le sirvieron una pasta que parecía vomitada la pasta parecía de otra & aparte dijeron que no se la iban a cobrar en el ticket & al final si la cobraron.

Hands down the best Latin-American food I've had, outside Southern California. Will definitely be back to try more menu items.

First time here wanting to try out. Decor didn’t give impression of a Mexican Restaurant, service was par, food delivered was cold, had to be returned. Biggest problem was with our server who spoke little English. Mgr came over to help & she explained was server’s first week.

Fiesta Jalisco is way better

This is one of the best Mexican restaurants I've been too, the food, service, and atmosphere is great! I highly recommend the torta cubano!
