Ordered from the main el barco website and was charged a web ordering fee and a sales tax. Arrived to the restaurant and paid more for using my credit card. The most irritating part was that I was charged more because according to the hostess the prices on their site weren’t correct so I was charged even more. It was a $7 difference. The hostess said that it’s been wrong for four years. Seriously and nobody thought to update that? Well hopefully the $7 is worth a customer not coming back. First time and last time.

The food was tasteless, we ordered a broth, it only came with 4 shrimp and the cost was 25 dollars. We let the waiter know and he only said that they would improve next time, it was a bill for only 3 people and it was 200 dollars, their prices are excessive. Prices for the portions are so small and tasteless, the only redeemable thing was the steak, the lighting is terrible, the place was dirty and messy, and apart from that the total bill goes up if you pay by card, in cash it is a total and in Payment by card is another, terrible, we will not return again.

I went on a Thursday night with a co-worker. The food was great and by accident I dropped my wallet on the bench. I called and returned the next night to pick up my wallet. It was found by the waitress who turned it in, nothing was missing (Thank You Samantha) I tipped her and stayed for Karaokee night! Highly recommended.

My experience was wonderful . Yolanda was my server . When I came in she greeted me with a smile , the music was playing and the building was packed.I got a blue margarita and it was delicious and refreshing ! I had the stuffed lobster with shrimp for 2 it came with French fries and salad and rice! Very feeling ! I would definitely recommend.

This was my first time trying this place. I ordered 3items alacart, 2pork tamales, 2beef enchiladas and1beefQuesadilla . The beef Quesadilla was fully filled and had good flavor. Paired nicely with salsa.Tamales were excellent also .Enchiladas were nice sized and flavorful. I asked for the hot salsa it was very good and hot. Will come again

This place is a hidden gem! 4 on atmosphere because it's not well lit inside but who cares when your margarita is made freshly squeezed lemon. The service and food was top notch. The one margarita I had was 10 stars. Lol. My husband and I will Def go back and we 100% recommend. I don't know why they are not on Uber eats or door dash but whatever. I recommend!

O...M...G!!! EL BARCO IS PHENOMENAL!!! Their Margaritas are to DIE for!! The food - OUTSTANDING and the service!? I've NEVER in my 60 years, had better service!!! The young lady who was our waitress listened intently as my husband explained his medically required food restrictions. When asked for her recommendation for a dish that would fall within those restrictions she immediately suggested the Pollo Loco. As my husband examined that dish, he asked if it could be made without the onions and she assured him that it could. We'd also requested whether their Spanish rice contained corn; which she indicated it didn't. These folks went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate hubby's needs!!! They even sent out a side of "plain" rice, JUST IN CASE the Spanish rice held something he couldn't eat!!!! We've had MANY experiences attempting to dine out with his restrictions and I can assure you that NEVER have our requests been more thoroughly accepted AND accommodated!!! I'm always diligent to let the establishment know these are not allergies, but are just as potentially deadly, to impress just how vital it is that any dish hubby orders is SAFE for him to eat. I understand that "special requests" are extremely difficult for kitchens to accommodate and we, as the consumer, do our darnedest to choose dishes that are as close to "acceptable" without special handling, but when your restrictions include no onions, seeds, anything with a husk or hull and no skins, it is EXTREMELY difficult. Therefore it makes the EXTRA SPECIAL care that the folks at El Barco took to ensure the safety of my husband's dish THAT MUCH MORE SPECIAL & APPRECIATED!!Dietary restrictions: As outlined above - these folks are WONDERFUL about dietary restrictions!!Parking: Parking is a bit limited, as El Barco shares the lot/general location as a Rooster's wing restaurant, so I'm certain that weekends and sporting events make finding a spot a bit more difficult.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp directly in front of door; handicap parking easily accessible, floorplan easily accommodates wheelchairs.
