Food and service great! My husband and I split a salad to start and it was a surprise $3 up charge. It’s not mor salad, it’s 30% more to split it onto two plates. Our service said the menu listed that, but I checked and it did not. Just eat off the same plate if you want to share anything.

Figlio, a wood fired pizza joint is tucked away in a prime location in Grandview heights. They serve a variety of personal pizzas and pasta dishes, as well as various drinks.

Cocktails were good for their price, and their N/A cocktails are actually quite tasty and flavorful. The pizzas are personal size and overall and there are many different variations available.

Overall though, the food was nothing exceptionally noteworthy for the price....

Loved the shrimp and corn chowder! It was full of shrimp. It was a little sweet as expected, but then the heat kicked in, which perfectly offset the sweetness. Delicious! I also got the chicken and avocado flatbread. It was very good. The chicken seemed slightly overcooked, but the overall flatbread was good. The chipotle pesto was the topping that made the whole flatbread come together. We were lucky to have an amazing server, Gillian, who was great and answered...
