Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

A lot of overpriced food. Semi warm food The server was very nice and kind. However, he did not make much of an attempt to keep checking back on us as our drinks were not filled and we had to wait 20 minutes just to get the check. We got there at 12:22 and finally left at 1:45. If I was still an alcoholic, this seems like it would be a great place as they have a large variety of drinks, wines and cocktails. Just not for me wasn't My vibe I guess.

We ate here on my husbands birthday. It was around 2pm. Excellent service. Although the hosting staff was not around to seat us, we walked to the back and the manager or possibly the chef, took care of it. I truly wish I would have asked his name. Kudos to you sir! He was very professional and probably the best customer service experience I have ever had in a long time. Our server, Lenayah, was amazing. Many thanks to Lenayah and the manager/chef for making our dining experience excellent. We will be back!

We had the best time here for a late dinner last night 8/16. Our server (Keith we believe) we so friendly! We shared pictures of our pup and so did he! We came to celebrate the day of our engagement 💍 and he gave us a complimentary dessert. Delish food, drink (black diamond martini- amazing) and service!

Brought my parents here and had an A+ experience. Excellent service, wonderful vibes and the food is superb. Definitely coming back and I hope I get the same server. Didn’t catch her name but she was perfect.

The food and service was good. The cost of the meal is overpriced, but overall a good location to eat with friends.

We chose Firebirds for a belated birthday dinner. We had dined there before and had an okay experience. Last night will likely be our last. We ordered the deviled eggs appetizer and requested no jalapeño, but they came with jalapeños. We said it was fine and just removed them before eating. It took a little while for the food to come out. I ordered the shrimp & grits and based on the grits, it appeared to have been sitting on the warmer for a few minutes. My partner's steak was not the medium rare he ordered. I was able to flag down another server bc ours had checked in and walked away before we even had a chance to take the first bite. We waited 10-15 minutes for them to bring the replacement steak. It was better than the first. Our server came around and apologized. It was disappointing when we received the bill and no offer was made to comp the app or discount the total bill because of the issues with the food. I shared our disappointment with our server and she got the manager to comp the app and a glass of wine. I still tipped the server on the full bill amount, but I'm bothered that I chose this place as a celebratory milestone birthday dinner as indicated on our reservation notes and to have such a mediocre experience was more than disappointing. We likely won't return.

First time here and we'll be back. There were so many entrees we wanted to try! Big portions and nice variety. Service was great too!

We celebrated our daughter's birthday with a wonderful dinner at Firebirds Wood Fire Grille. The food was great and Shay, our waitress, was awesome. We have another family birthday coming up soon. Firebirds will be the place to go!

Went there for a fire date and had an amazing experience there steaks were the most tender steak that I have ever ordered out. You could have cut it with a spoon. Had an incredible flavor and cooked to perfection. I will definitely be returning to try other menu items.

We usually love our Firebirds experience but this time was not as pleasant. The fruit flies were out of control, swarming our faces and food. The tuna appetizer typically comes with a cabbage slaw topped with wonton strips, but this time it was ALL wontons, almost no veggies. Most of our other food was fine, but they messed up my burger order twice and the carrots were super salty.

My friend ordered Jim Beam and they were out if it. I ordered a Crown Royal and sprite and they were out of Crown! The restaurant was very warm but the temp outside was 90 degrees.

Aside from the AC not working on the hottest day of the year, it was a wonderful experience.

We always enjoy Firebirds. It's great to have a place we can depend on for being consistently delicious.

Restaurant was very cool. At least 4 people in the restaurant were wearing either sweatshirts or coats while eating.

Ordered a premium steak and it was very difficult to cut through and had so much fat and tissue that it was hard to chew and swallow. I was entertaining a top customer and although they didn't say anything I could see them struggling to cut their steak as well. Service was above average, but extremely disappointed in the food quality.
