Have been disappointed the last few times I've been here. First they stop taking order through their app an hour and a half before they close, and when you call nobody will answer the phone. I am always ordering for 5 or 6 people, so I always like to place the order ahead of time, so I don't have to wait so long at the restaurant. But its impossible anymore. The past two times we've ordered a N.Y. steamer, we've had to throw away almost half the meat because it was fat. The last time there was so it made the whole sandwich slimy. But you can't reach anyone at the store to tell them. I sent a message through their app about it, and yet to hear anything back. The workers in the store are always nice and polite, but they can only do so much.

Firehouse Subs is amazing the Grandview location they have such excellent workers who are very patient with us and made our experience wonderful. The bad thing is customer service online. I still haven’t got an answer back. They gave us 50% off coupons and they didn’t work in the app. Other than that I give them five star.

I ordered 2 large thanks giving subs. But the person rung up my order for medium subs. So I said something before they started making my subs. And they offered to fix it at no additional cost. When I got home, opened both my subs very skimpy. There was more bread than anything in the entire sandwich. And one of them was supposed to be extra meat. We ate them anyway, it was good but we couldn't taste much other than the stuffing. I would have been willing to pay the difference for the sub size if knew they were just going to put medium toppings on a large bun. I would try it again, but at a different Fire house.
