Firehouse Subs Renner Road

We love Firehouse food. Tonight, the guys behind the counter did not greet me at all, one walked away from the register and didn't come back while I still had to pay (I had to awkwardly tell them I needed to pay, he seemed to not even realize), one was wearing earbuds, one was actively eating a cookie on the food prep line while making food with gloves on right in front of customers. Right in the middle of making a sub he pulled his cell phone out and answered it, again while making a sub and with gloves on, then went right back to making food. They obviously didn't think there was anything wrong with what they were doing. From the back room I heard a lot of loud laughing and talking. This is the closest location to us but I don't think we can return.

We ordered two Philly Steak Subs but the bottom of them was so watery the bun was so mushy we had to eat it with a fork

Slightly dirty, and service isn't the most welcoming. Subs are okay but think can do better at Mike's.

They were busy but the subs were good. I got the French dip. I didn't get any French dip sauce with a small sub. 😢

The staff at this store is extremely unprofessional and lazy... yesterday, November 27th, a person came to pick up an Uber Eats order and the person who was preparing the order threw an item from the order like he was playing basketball, it fell to the ground and then this lazy person put it in the bag like it was nothing. If this is how food is handled at the counter, I can't imagine what it's like internally in their kitchens.

The food is always great at Firehouse. We love it. Customer service tonight was very lacking. No smiles. No thank you.

We used to walk in and get greeted with “Welcome to Firehouse”. What happened to that? Sawmill location is always very nice but the kids working at Renner road are rude and scrolling on phones. It was just after six pm when we were there.

This is my first ever google review, but I felt compelled after how helpful the manager of this location was. As the group leader responsible for a bus trip of college athletes from Pittsburgh to Oxford, OH, I had planned a stop for subs at another Firehouse location (Pickerington). When that location would not answer the phone and I could not confirm that our order was being made, I called up the Renner Road location and the manager was able to take our order of 29 subs with about an hour's notice and turn it around for us. I really appreciated it! Great service!

Just left without getting any food from this location. Female employee was rude and listening to ear buds. She laughed at my hearing impaired boyfriend and refused to speak up so that he could hear her after several times of me explaining he couldn't hear what she was saying.

My sub (Hook & Ladder) was perfect. The restaurant was very clean and the employees gave excellent service. I gave 4 stars for the atmosphere only because they share a space with Tim Hortons, but you can not get firehouse food from the drive-thru lane. If that procedure/ policy was not in place, I would definitely frequent this location a lot more.

Sandwiches great every visit. Excellent taste prepared quickly. The Cuban highly recommend.

Who puts honey ham on a Italian sub it was so bad. I had to take it off and only had one piece of salami on the sub.
