Firehouse Subs Renner Road

Ordered online through the app, had a pickup time of 7:35 walked in the store at 7:34 two employees were behind the counter, they asked for my name and informed me that it would be a moment. I then waited for 25 mins for my order, did not get an apology about the wait, nothing, took my food home and when I pulled everything out, it looked like the food had been very sloppily put together, nothing was hot everything was a mess, the pickle that comes with my meal was just thrown in the bag so pickle juice got on everything. Will not go back.

Terrible customer service and professionalism behind the counter from a particular worker at Hilliard Rome location that I’ve noticed now a couple of times with stopping in. Guy is about 5’7”, wears glasses and earrings, has braids, argues with his co-workers about how he could be lazier and do less work which is loud enough for customers to hear the conversation. Works the absolute slowest and makes customers wait far longer than needed due to zero work ethic. The other coworkers are much more pleasant and will also greet you at the door.

Really good food the man that took our order did not tell us that the up charge was 3
.00 but other than that was great food.the young man that made our food was amazing gave us plastic knife so we could cut our sandwiches

Ordered an $18 sandwich (not including delivery), and it was a major letdown. No double meat or double cheese, which was an extra $4. Disappointing.

Really bad food. I've never had a bad sandwich from Firehouse until today, and I've been to many different ones. The meat was hard, dry and had a strange taste. It was basically inedible. Spent $30 on an inedible sandwich. The service also was not great. Had to ask about my drink and almost forgot my chips. I would like my money back.

The food was great. Fire house is our favorite sub shop. Employees were “ok” However, the restaurant itself is very dirty. Went to the restroom to wash my hands prior to eating and it’s disgusting. Toilets, sinks floors. I wouldn’t have sat on the toilet if I had to go. The entire store needs scrubbed. Chairs were flipped up on tables we assumed they were only open for take out and it was near closing time. They asked if we were dining in or going. We chose to dine in, as we lived a nearly an hour away. Husband had to pull chairs off the table so we could sit.

Firehouse is the best sub spot and the staff was super friendly despite me wearing my Pacers shirt right after putting out the Cavs in 5. I'd go back on my next road trip.

Service was terrible! Messed up my family’s order and was terrible how they treated us! Very dirty and poor bathrooms! Needs to be reported!!

That was my first time trying Firehouse Subs the food was phenomenal and service as well. The manger was so nice and helpful as well the crew members. Definitely coming back!

We love Firehouse food. Tonight, the guys behind the counter did not greet me at all, one walked away from the register and didn't come back while I still had to pay (I had to awkwardly tell them I needed to pay, he seemed to not even realize), one was wearing earbuds, one was actively eating a cookie on the food prep line while making food with gloves on right in front of customers. Right in the middle of making a sub he pulled his cell phone out and answered it, again while making a sub and with gloves on, then went right back to making food. They obviously didn't think there was anything wrong with what they were doing. From the back room I heard a lot of loud laughing and talking. This is the closest location to us but I don't think we can return.

We ordered two Philly Steak Subs but the bottom of them was so watery the bun was so mushy we had to eat it with a fork

They were busy but the subs were good. I got the French dip. I didn't get any French dip sauce with a small sub. 😢
