Firehouse Subs Renner Road

I placed an order by Grub Hub: 2 subs and a bowl of potato soup. I ordered a bowl of potato soup ($6.50) and received a cup, instead, and it was only half full.

Ordered a bowl of soup, a bowl of chili and a Mac n cheese. $6 bucks a piece. Got a 1/2 filled cup of each. The chili was just ground with watered down sauce no beans, tomatoes or onions. Also ordered 3 brownies for us. All 3 were old and hard as a rock.

Ordered the new French dip and fries to go. I got home and realized that they forgot the Ju and the Hero sauce. When I drove back to retrieve it and explained the situation, the girl at the register asked, “do you want it?” Do I want it? Of course! Do you think I drove back here to tell you you forgot it!? These people were literally working backwards. Unbelievably poor service

This location is the worst Ive ever been too. We love Firehouse and eat at other Firehouse locations often. This one is filthy and the service is terrible. The floors were so dirty our shoes made sticky sounds when we walked. Every surface was dirty, from the counter they served our food on to the walls behind the counter. Soup and meatball sauce on the walls. Grime on the floors, counters, tables, computer screens. It was so dirty I preferred to eat my meal with my husband in our car. My sandwich had pieces of lettuce all over it from the counter they clearly didn’t wipe down from other sandwiches. I asked for no lettuce. We were so grossed out by this restaurant we couldn’t even finish our meals.

The service was just as bad. There were 4 employees working. The last 2 times I have been to this location 2 of the employees were in the back and the other 2 were making sandwiches. Took several minutes for someone to come take our orders and they begrudgingly did so. Took forever to get our food and it was not the quality we are used to with other firehouse locations.

This restaurant needs better management. There are 4 teenagers running this place and it’s evident in every aspect. I will never be back to this location again.

Manager very unenthusiastic, didn’t offer to upgrade anything. Food was subpar. Not enough meat on the subs, seemed to be more bread than anything. Avoid this place if possible

Went there this Saturday and ordered the fries and they were half cooked from air fryer. It was a waste of money to get them. Yhe young guys that was working was to busy on their phones. I think the french fries are a bad ideal stay with the chips

This is one of the dirtiest places I have been. So dirty your shoes stick to the floor, dirty bathrooms, dirty food prep area, food on the floor. I did not order food and left.

Firehouse subs has been one of my favorite sub spots. This location is very good. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly.

Just got our food delivered. First the containers were COVERED in food. So that was disgusting. Then I opened them to find my sandwich was half the size of my wife’s. We ordered the same. And we didn’t get the Diet Coke we paid for. All bad.

The food is great they just forgot to put the gravy in the bag to be delivered but they did make up for it and gave me 4000 points on my app
