The food was great. Fire house is our favorite sub shop. Employees were “ok” However, the restaurant itself is very dirty. Went to the restroom to wash my hands prior to eating and it’s disgusting. Toilets, sinks floors. I wouldn’t have sat on the toilet if I had to go. The entire store needs scrubbed. Chairs were flipped up on tables we assumed they were only open for take out and it was near closing time. They asked if we were dining in or going. We chose to dine in,...

The food is always great at Firehouse. We love it. Customer service tonight was very lacking. No smiles. No thank you.

We used to walk in and get greeted with “Welcome to Firehouse”. What happened to that? Sawmill location is always very nice but the kids working at Renner road are rude and scrolling on phones. It was just after six pm when we were there.
