The employees were friendly and fast taking our order and making our food. Food was good like I expect from Firehouse. The TV was a little loud but it wasn't the worst thing ever.

I don't do reviews often. So when I do, it's because of something really good or really bad that I believe needs to be shared. I'll start by saying that the sub was amazing, as always. So good. The service was pretty good, friendly and mostly prompt. But here is the major issue. The atmosphere was embarrassing. They had the movie Training Day playing on the TV. First, it was so loud that you could barely have a conversation while eating. It was obnoxious. But I could get over that I guess. No different really then a sports bar on a weekend night. It's loud. But it's Firehouse, not a bar. But the part that really bothers me is the movie itself. Now, I love Denzel Washington. One of my favorite actors. And Training Day is a great movie. But it is a really rough, tough, foul movie. One that is best watched in a theater or your living room with mature audiences in a controlled environment. Not at a public restaurant that has families trying to eat with their grade school kids. I was embarrassed for them. The folks working were more worried about watching the movie than cooking or cleaning tables. And the moms and dad's with kids were noticeably upset with the situation. And the folks working did nothing to change the situation. They just kept watching the movie while their customers, at least 3 of which were 10 years old or younger, were subjected to foul language and violence while they tried to enjoy their meal. Terrible situation to be put in. Now, the sub was awesome. So hit the spot as always. But, it will be a long time before I go back to this location again because the atmosphere was ridiculous and rude. I love that movie, but was sad for the moms and dads that were trying to hustle thru dinner in order to get their young children out of there and away from the movie.

First - I am not an easy customer when I have not been to a restaurant before. 😉. Had a pick up order and then had to add to my order twice in store. Polite, quick service, good food.

Locked the the doors at 8:50pm and ignored my Fiance & I after we knocked on the door. Clearly noticed we were standing out front, but proceeded to turn their backs and chuckle. Poor management.

Ordered a turkey provolone with bacon. I’ll tell you what it’s actually comical how disgusting this looks. Shame on whoever made this sub because Firehouse is usually so good. Absolutely heinous. My trash can enjoyed it, though.

Tried to get a refund but they just don’t take it serious and won’t reply with any type of helpful response. Oh well. Bad all around.

The staff act like you are bothering them. No sense of urgency at all. Horrible staff...owner must be lost at sea.

It took 35 minutes to get a large sub and mac and cheese at this location. In that 35 mins the staff of three fulfilled two online orders and two walk-ins, none of which were more than two subs. I have never seen such an unproductive staff in my life. To top it off my sub was wrong.

It was a Thursday evening, and I ordered one sandwich. I waited 25 minutes to receive my order and, when I did, the sandwich was cold (steak and cheese) and soggy. I threw out the entire product. I won't be back.

11/16/24. I called in my order for 2 large hot sandwiches. 1 large newyork streamer and 1large ham and turkey sandwich. They were still in the process of making our sandwiches, after waiting I received both sandwiches and both of them were cold and soggy. This is why I gave them one star.

Although the building is very clean. The staff consisting of four young men that were more interested in socializing then making two subs. Definitely a paid by the hour attitude with no urgency to serve customers. The manger was training but as soon as he left the floor right back to socializing. Took them over 25 mins to make 2 medium subs that weren't complex. The subs looked grossed and poorly made. Will not be returning. Plan for a 30 min wait for a single sub.
