Awful service. It took 30 minutes for the employee to make two easy standard sandwiches with NO other customers in the store. She was found going to the back and having laughs with others instead of doing her job. Even while preparing the sandwiches she seemed either absolutely clueless or absolutely lazy! Never coming here again.

Stopped coming here a year ago, not sure why I thought after a year, things would be better!DO NOT come here. Super ghetto, always missing items, messing up the sandwiches & super lazy staff. Should not have to get you from chilling in the back! If something that is ordered isn't available, Do Not just give customers their bag, missing multiple orders of the out of stock item. Say something! Give other options, something, ANYTHING.

I got the New York Steamer, and it was delicious. Super juicy, everything tasted fresh, and it wasn't too hot or too cold.The service was fantastic as well, the men there were very kind and welcoming, and even brought our food to our table, which I wasn't expecting.I will absolutely come back and recommend this place to anyone.

The employees are rude and not welcoming. And they move slower than a snail. They spent more time talking than they did making door for the line of people in the establishment! I won't be back!

We went to Firehouse subs for the first time a couple of weeks ago, my wife is vegetarian so wanted to try a vegetarian sub. We got home and her sub wasn’t what she ordered so she couldn’t eat it. I contacted the customer service and was told they’d let the restaurant know. The was the last I heard from them, we went once and will never go back, they don’t care about their customers.

Awful, the first time it was bad I just assumed it was an off day, second and third time just goes to show that it is poorly run. All three times they made me the wrong sandwich, the “hot” sandwich was cold, the inside was FIFTHY. The staff had headphones in and were too busy talking to even notice I was standing at the counter.

Used app to order ahead. Still waited 20 min. After arriving. Order was incomplete . The restaurant was dirty. Only had 2 kinds of chips to choose from . The contents of my 12 in sub were inadequate. I had many bites of just bread. This is my 3rd time getting this sub at this location. The other 2 times I had it they were great. Not sure what happened tonight.Parking: Well lit. Shopping center. Trash everywhere, and no one cleaned up the lobby. 40 minutes to get our order with 6 staff and half were just hanging around. Everyone was listening to music with their air pods. Two young ladies walked in, and the staff made their sandwiches qucik and served them immediately. Disappointing. We won't go back. Clean house and reopen with more respectful staff.

I had the Italian and it was fantastic. Pop machine was really good. Salad was very large and nicely cut up. Eating area was a bit dirty and definitely needed cleaned up.

I used to love these subs! Went to the one on Polaris Parkway about a week ago and the service was horrible!! they talked more than they worked. Clearly they did not want to be there. I'm assuming it was the Manager that walked in with her 2 teenage kids as we were waiting for our food for 20 minutes she is talking to the girls behind the counter her teen kids walk in the room where i assume they prepare food,not ok. And to top it off the food was gross. slimy lunch meat, and the meatball have shrunk in half. I got the spicy meatball and it tasted like chemicals. Never again will i go back there.

Came to get food at 8:40 and was told the store is closed due to low staff. Pretty sure they were just trying to clean before closing for the night as two workers were sweeping. How many staff members are needed to make a sub? Should change closing time to 8 or 8:30 if more time is needed for closing duties.

My wife and I ordered the same sub -regular meatball one on white the other on wheat. After dealing with the less than thrilled that we were there staff, it took over 20 min to get the food. We literally were the only people there when we ordered. The cashier, after taking our order, stood around and watched the other two girls "work". I read another review where the person said the staff had a " I don't want you to be here look on their face" this couldn't be more true. I will not be back to this location....EVER. As another review stated the place is a dirty train wreck. Drink station looked like a bomb went off no straws no lids and lid was off ice machine just hanging. It would be different if the 3 people "working" werent just standing around and they were actually busy when we walked inGoing back to the food, we got home to discover one sub was 3 inches shorter than the other and a few less meatballs. No pickles either. Isn't that what they are known for partly? SMH. Please hire staff that cares and isn't being paid to literally stand around and do nothing. For owners reference (assuming they actually read this and care to change) this occurred on 12-8-23 around 730p
