Went here for a birthday dinner and had a very nice time. The food was delicious and priced well for the quantity. The drinks were fun but not very strong. The vibes were exactly what I was seeking and loved the smell of fire while dining. My husband and I dined at fireproof last night. We arrived early and had a drink at the bar, the bartender, Mark, was very welcoming and friendly! Then we sat for dinner and were greeted by Emily, she was very pleasant and accommodating. She gave us some great recommendations! We enjoyed the ravioli and skirt steak the most! The mussels were a tad salty but still good! Overall great experience, especially the service, will dine again!
We have been to Fireproof twice now. Once in 2021 and once in 2024. Both times were great experiences. The staff is attentive and hard working. The atmosphere is clean and modern. The small plates are all delicious. We did the chef tasting experience bith times and were blown away both times. Thank you for an awesome experience!
