Love first watch - I’m a frequent flyer. I ordered to go while I’m on the road for work. I asked for a receipt, as I need for expenses but was told can’t print one - obviously one small, extra step I am going to have to make through a busy day but haven’t had this issue at any other first watch. Would be nice if this was standard procedure so it would be convenient for us travelers to do our expenses.

When I entered the dwelling of first watch at at 9:38 AM Monday morning, February 2 I was racially profile not only by the manager Rob, but why is extremely rude waitresses to make matters worse I was coming to pick up a DoorDash order so my food had already been paid for. I literally just had to pick it up and take it to the customer not only were they acting rude and suspicious of me trying to steal food, they refuse to remake the order after they had gave it to the wrong DoorDash, the rude manager Robert insisted that DoorDash needs to call him personally when they’ve never done that for anyone I will be taking us to the highest point of corporate possible I guess this is a great way to start off Black History Month thanks for the horrible experience Robert and the rest of your god-awful team. And just because you failed to give me the number for corporate, I will still find it myself. I also have video proof that he refused to give me corporate’s number

My younger sister was there earlier today just to get a doordash order. They racially profiled her and assumed she was up to no good when she was just picking up her order. They wound up giving the order to the wrong doordash driver and refused to remake it. She has her corporate's number to file a complaint and a set of cooperating they would not give her the information that she needed. Robert, the manager, and his staff were rude and presumptuous.

I love coming to this location. One reason is the atmosphere, then, the great flavor ( not all locations are the same) but the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OVER THE TOP. They always have a smile for you coming thru the door. They accommodate me and my family, everytime we come, either alone or with a group. (I'm needing extra things so, don't mind that last part..I work and eat and the same time) anyway, this is a great spot and they serve you promptly. Everything is hot and it's like you're family, it's great in here so come hungry with work to finish or with friends. Thank you First Watch for being great at what you do every time I come in to dine. Please, continue to smile when we enter in, we all need YOUUUU!

Just ordered them off of DoorDash I ordered biscuits and gravy. They gave me the full meal without the gravy. How are you going to give me biscuits and gravy without the gravy? Literally, you ruined my whole breakfast

They do like a lot of natural items. My husband didn’t notice they put avocado on his sandwich which he doesn’t like and a little space on meat. He asked for bronchi cheddar soup. They brought a substitute without telling him. His experience not good. I like the tomato basil. Our friends were pleased with their salads and speciality drinks.
